The Fable didn't know much, the only thing he could be sure about was one matter: after that unusual sound, time might have become chaotic. A scene that should have been the result now appeared before his eyes earlier than the cause. If it were a typical movie world, he would suspect it to be an illusion, but not now.

He didn't know what to do, saving the teammates might expose them to danger, but not saving them was equivalent to waiting for death. At this level of battle, a slight mistake could be the difference between life and death.
