The Empress saw the Emperor furrowing his brows and looked towards the screen. The Emperor followed her gaze and saw their silhouettes playing with the little eagle reflected on the screen.
The Empress said, "She requested medicine from the imperial physician again a couple of days ago."
The Emperor frowned, "Why hasn't anyone reported this to me? Has her breathing ailment flared up again?"
"It's not the breathing ailment. She probably got some wind-heat from sweating at night and so she called for Zhou Man to prescribe medicine," the Empress replied. "It's not particularly hot this year. With so many children in the palace not falling ill, even the little eagle seems healthier than her. I am truly worried about her marrying into such a family."
She continued, "This child is already meticulous and overthinks, and going to a household like that would drain her too much..."
