Then the dark guards scattered the drug powder sent by Bai Ruozhu towards the dark shadow, to suppress the actions and smell of the poisonous insects.

Jiao Ling's face turned a bit pale as several mechanical beasts were thrown out simultaneously. "Wei Yu, it really is you. You dare to appear, today I shall take your head!"
The dark shadow revealed a figure, a man who looked very frail, because he was wrapped entirely in black clothing, with a black cloak over him and a large hood covering most of his face, making it impossible to see his appearance.
However, Jiao Ling could recognize the man by his voice, the man she once loved yet spent her life hating.
