Olivia Parker raised her lips.
"You're welcome."
With that, she turned to leave.
"Wait."
Behind her, Kasper Edith's voice sounded again.
Olivia stopped, and before she could turn around, a pair of arms had already come from behind to gently embrace her waist.
She struggled but didn't succeed, raising her hand to try and pull his arms away.
The man's arms held tightly, his right hand grasping his left wrist; though she wasn't hurt, she couldn't break free with her own strength.
Resting his chin on top of her head, Kasper Edith spoke softly.
"Olivia, let me hold you for a while, just a little while... I want to calm down."
Olivia slightly raised her brows, "Holding me calms you down?"
"You may not believe it, but every time I'm with you, I feel especially peaceful and serene inside, very grounded." Kasper Edith lowered his face a bit, gently nuzzling her hair with his nose, smelling that faint fragrance, "Olivia, I'm very glad to see you again."
