Hearing Lucas Walker's teasing, Ivana Bennett burst into laughter.
"Have a seat!"
Everyone sat at the table and started eating dumplings. Perry Walker mentioned their horse racing antics to his father.
"...Mr. Wales suddenly screamed, oh my goodness... your horse is actually moving backwards..."
As he exaggeratedly imitated the groom Mr. Wales, everyone around the table laughed out loud.
Lucas Walker chewed on his dumplings, his gaze slowly swept past Ivana Bennett, and landed on the two little ones sitting side by side at the table, eating, his heterochromatic eyes gradually deepening with emotion.
Gepard Walker turned his face and noticed his expression, the little one blinked his big blue eyes with golden-brown long eyelashes.
"Daddy, why aren't you eating?"
"I am eating!"
Lucas Walker snapped back to reality, reached out, and picked up a dumpling from the plate, taking a big bite.
