Vera sincerely apologized. In fact, she had a rather good impression of Sally.
A girl willing to personally deliver an invitation is indeed quite rare.
"I didn't personally deliver the invitation, hope you don't mind."
"Not at all!" Sally chuckled, extended her arm, and held onto Nathan Leafcastle's arm. "I won't disturb you two anymore. I'll take Nathan to meet a friend."
"Alright."
Vera responded with a smile.
Sally then took Nathan Leafcastle away, heading towards Liliana Davis and introduced him to a real estate mogul from Vanora.
Kris Cooper took Vera over to Kenton Maverick and the others, and upon seeing familiar faces, Vera immediately greeted them with a smile.
"Thanks everyone for coming to support us."
"Among friends, no need for formalities," Kris Cooper said.
"Who's friends with you?" Barry Gust rolled his eyes at him. "We're all here for Vera, not you! Right, Andre, Kenton?"
"Of course."
