Left behind, Leon Blackwood furrowed his brows, looking at his right hand in disbelief.
This was the first time someone could shake hands with him expressionlessly for so long.
It seems that Young Master Peary is indeed as mysterious and unpredictable as the rumors say.
Leon Blackwood turned his head to look at his back, a color that was hard to decipher flashed in his eyes.
Nia Mitchell looked down at Maxwell Peary's reddened hand, unhappily holding his hand gently, feeling distressed.
That Leon Blackwood, so annoying.
"It's alright."
Maxwell Peary, knowing full well what Rabina Mitchell meant, couldn't possibly misunderstand.
He found a secluded place and let Rabina Mitchell sit down.
"Do your feet hurt?"
In such events, wearing high heels is a must.
But when Maxwell Peary saw the height of those heels, he couldn't help twitching the corner of his mouth.
Are these even wearable by humans?
It's simply a torment, isn't it?
"It hurts just a little."
