As soon as she sat down, she noticed an extra pair of chopsticks.
Sofia Hamilton was puzzled, "Mom, is Ryan coming back for dinner too?"
Wasn't Ryan supposed to have a social engagement tonight and couldn't come back?
Lydia Mitchell smiled, "No, it's Kevin. Didn't he help me with something a few days ago? So I invited him over for dinner. Aurelia is also coming back today; aren't they friends? I thought it'd be more interesting if you all ate together. Otherwise, what fun would it be for him to come over and eat with me, just an old lady."
"Oh..."
Sofia Hamilton replied with a long sigh and subconsciously looked at Aurelia Wood.
So, Kevin was coming.
With Kevin's arrival, both Aurelia Wood and Kevin would feel awkward, right?
Just as Sofia suspected, Aurelia's hand holding the chopsticks paused for a moment.
Sofia was about to suggest the two of them leave, but before she could speak, Kevin arrived.
