Chapter Five
Just thinking about these things made her feel like her head was about to explode.
Lucy Greene was feeling very uncomfortable. She wanted to break free from him, but he simply wouldn't let go. He continued to question her, "What about Sofia Hamilton? Don't you remember that your name is Lucy Greene? Lucy, can you stop joking with me like this? I know you want a fresh start. We can start over, I can take you to a faraway place, okay?"
How could she forget everything from the past, forget him...
Lucy Greene felt terrible, "Let me go."
Standing beside them, Jenny Williams was also anxious and could only run back to call their dad out.
Mr. Williams came out with a hoe in hand, "Let go of my daughter right now!!"
"What's wrong with you? My sister said she doesn't know you, and you're still holding on to her."
Jenny Williams angrily said, stepping forward to pull Lucy aside.
Kris Shaw wanted to move forward but was stopped by Mr. Williams.
