"Is she called Lia?" Kevin Gregory curved his lips, his face full of mischief, especially those charming eyes of his, carrying a devil-may-care attitude, with a touch of roguishness.
Aurelia Wood had never encountered a man with such cheekiness; she couldn't out-talk him and could only glare at him fiercely, planning to ignore his presence.
She seriously listened to the lecture, taking notes.
This class was about company management, something Aurelia had never been exposed to before, so she felt somewhat strained. Yet, the man beside her, Kevin Gregory, who wasn't listening at all, seemed to understand everything.
The professor, noticing his distraction, would occasionally pause and ask Kevin to answer questions.
She thought he'd be at a loss for words and make a fool of himself in front of everyone.
Unexpectedly, he started speaking fluent English, explaining everything clearly.
