It's precisely because we've experienced the pain of almost losing each other that we're even more afraid and can't joke about it.
Ryan Gregory saw how serious Sofia Hamilton was, smiled, and promised, "Okay, I won't climb next time, is that alright?"
"And you're not allowed to go rock climbing."
"Yes, I won't rock climb anymore."
He assured her one by one, and only then did Sofia smile, hurl herself into his arms, and hug him tightly, casting aside any reserve or shyness. She just wanted to tell him the most genuine thoughts from her heart, "Ryan, I miss you. Without you by my side, I simply can't fall asleep. Now every day my mom sleeps in the same room as me; how can we meet? Do you know? She even ties a rope around my hand. I feel like I can't go anywhere, not even to see you."
As she spoke, she hugged even tighter, as if afraid he would leave immediately or as if their time together was so short and precious she had to make the most of every moment.
