Chapter 3
She was just a few minutes late, and Sofia Hamilton looked as if her soul had left her.
Sofia snapped back to reality, desperately trying to hide her panic and shock, forcing a smile, "It's nothing, I just bumped into someone."
"Are you okay?"
"I'm fine."
"You've had a cold for days, I told you not to come today, but you insisted on coming." Samantha Wood reproachfully worried, puzzled at Sofia's prolonged high fever over the past few days, nearly not waking up.
Today, she was finally feeling better, but after hearing from Samantha about Sofia's hospitalization, she insisted on visiting.
"It's okay, let's go." Sofia said with a smile.
Samantha had no choice but to take her to the ward.
Once Samantha entered the ward, she anxiously began asking questions.
Although she couldn't remember past events, she had already considered Sofia her sister, her only family.
Sofia shook her head, smiling, about to speak, when she saw Lucy Greene also enter.
