"Is it really such a buzzkill to bring this up?"
Lucy Greene looked apologetic, as if she shouldn't have mentioned anything about Aaron Brown.
Although bringing up Aaron Brown at this moment did affect everyone's mood slightly, Sofia Hamilton still noticed Lucy's eagerness to change the subject. She frowned and asked, "What did you just say about Aaron's corpse?"
"Oh, it's nothing." Lucy forced a smile. Although she said it was nothing, her expression didn't seem like it was nothing at all.
It was as if there was something about Aaron that she couldn't mention...
Sofia was curious about the connection to the corpse.
However, since Lucy was unwilling to discuss it, she couldn't continue to press on.
After all, it had something to do with Aaron Brown.
And Lucy used to be Aaron's fiancée, so his departure must have left a scar in her heart.
