"So obedient, you've changed your clothes?" A faint smile traced his lips, yet his voice was exceedingly weak, his complexion notably poor, exuding a sickly pallor.
Especially his breath, it was as faint as a whisper, seeming as though it could stop at any moment.
Every time Sofia Hamilton looked at him, her eyes couldn't help but heat up, her heart choking.
She lowered her eyelids, avoiding his gaze, and lifted the corners of her mouth, "Do I look good?"
Forcing back the tears, she then smiled at him. Her clear eyes held a pure smile, yet they glistened with shimmering tears.
"You look good, anything you wear looks good."
"Really?"
"Really."
"Then, shall I dress like this every day from now on?"
She suppressed a sob, smiling as she asked.
Ryan Gregory only smiled without speaking, not answering, as if he hadn't heard her question at all.
His dark eyes looked at her longingly, suddenly saying, "Take me out for a walk."
