Chapter Six
"Do I need to repeat it again for you?" Aaron Brown curled his lips, but Monica Allen, filled with rage, was about to raise her hand. Unexpectedly, before she could strike, Aaron grabbed her wrist.
"What? Still want to hit me?"
"Do you hate me that much? I killed the son of the man you love, so now you want to kill me to avenge him, right?"
His own mother, wanting to hit him for someone else.
The more he thought about it, the more he felt mocked...
Aaron flung her hand away, gritting his teeth as he spat out, "Get out!"
After speaking, he turned and was about to step into the house.
"You are blood brothers, how could you kill your own brother with your own hands?"
Monica Allen spoke with a heart full of anguish, tears filling her aged face, her eyes brimming with pain and regret.
Aaron stopped in his tracks, his eyes bloodshot, yet the corners of his mouth curled into a mocking smile, "Are you kidding me? Blood brother?"
