Chapter One
The days passed in the blink of an eye.
In what felt like a moment, five days had gone by.
During these five days, Sofia Hamilton had practically turned into a workaholic.
Leaving early and coming home late, she always kept herself so busy that there was no time to think about anything else.
Harry Greene, on the other hand, remained enthusiastic, sending flowers every day without fail.
Today, when she arrived at the office, the flowers were, as expected, sitting neatly on her desk.
"Take them away."
She was the same as ever, instructing her secretary to remove all the flowers.
The secretary chuckled, "I think Mr. Greene is really paying attention."
"How about I set you up with him?"
Sofia showed no interest and silenced the secretary with just one sentence. Not daring to bring it up again, the secretary lowered her head, "I'll get back to work."
"Wait!"
Sofia stopped her secretary, "What time does today's meeting start?"
