Little did she know, all men in the world are just the same.
It was just that she was too naive, mistaking care for deep affection.

Once they had enough, they cast her aside, not even worth keeping as a collection.
Sofia Hamilton sipped her red wine, no longer able to discern its taste.
Harry Greene passed her the steak he had sliced, really, it was just like the way Ryan Gregory used to cut it.
Looking at the sliced steak, she lost her appetite.
She smiled and asked, "Do you work out often?"
"Pretty fair. Golf, tennis, I'm not bad at them."
"Really? Take me with you sometime, I'd like to get some exercise too."
"Are you interested?"
"Mm-hmm."
"Then how about we go after dinner?"
"Let's do it another time, I have...other things today."
That line, "I'm a bit tired," reached her lips but then she swallowed it back down.
