As before, Adam still had his strengths and weaknesses. Despite how many new abilities he had acquired along the way, Adam still lacked abilities that could protect him or destroy large numbers of enemies at once.
Sure, he was now at the peak of his powers, and using the Evolution Vein Orders, he could attack multiple enemies at once, but it was still a far cry from the fiery explosions Fromund was capable of or the falling ice crystals Alexia summoned.
So, in a situation where Adam was facing more than a hundred opponents, and he wasn't strong enough to defeat them with a few strikes, he was in mortal danger.
Usually, Adam avoided such situations or prevented them from happening, but now he didn't have that option.
Vaarh did not think he would need the help of simple monsters, but if it brought him closer to victory, he was ready to use it and everything else necessary to win.
