Chapter 421 - 18-

Chapter 18: These Happy Days

- HEIGHTS ALLIANCE 1-A, SUNDAY -

There was a peaceful calm that permeated the air at 1-A's dorm. After getting into the comfortable rhythm that was college life, many of the Hero Course students found it prudent enough to take the time to relax before Monday rolled around, ushering in the next school week.

Sero and Kaminari managed to rope in several of their peers into a small gaming tournament. Their supposed chill session had quickly devolved into an intense battle to prove who was the top dog as the games were constantly changed in order for one person to get a leg up on another. Even Iida got suckered in once a racing game was started. Apparently, it became a matter of pride for the blue-haired speedster at that point.

It was the principle of the matter after all.

"Come on! I got you with that last shot!"

"Stop camping!"

"Take the point already!"

"HEALER DOWN!"

While the console war was heating up, it brought amusement to Ochaco, Mina, and Toru as the three young women watched on.

"Geez, kinda intense, aren't they?" Toru asked.

Ochaco let out a few giggles in response. "I think it's kinda funny!"

The three watched the match for a while longer before returning to what they were doing. They had decided to spend some time together, working on their own brainstorming session after the Quirk session Izuku led had given them results. They had invited Tsuyu to join them, but the frog girl had to return home to watch her younger siblings for a while.

As they chatted, Mina looked around, wondering where the other girls were. "Hey, where are Shoka, Yaomomo, and Kyoka?" She voiced her thoughts.

"I think Kyoka went up to her room a while ago. Something about it getting too loud." Ochaco answered. That still left the other two unaccounted for.

Kaminari's voice called out as he focused on the match. "I think Shoka and Yaomomo are getting ready for something. I saw Izuku leave earlier. Seemed pretty high-strung and kept muttering about making sure things were perfect."

Kaminari paused, already knowing what he had said and to whom. That hesitation had cost him as Dark Shadow sniped him from across the map. As he was respawning, he turned around, only to see that Mina had already disappeared. His shocked look was shared between Ochaco and Toru whose faces mirrored his before the other two followed after the pinkette. Whether that was to stop her or join her, the blonde didn't know.

Shinso's tired voice could be heard from the tables behind them. "So much for keeping it quiet."

Kaminari slumped onto the couch as he realized what he had done. "Sorry Midoriya…"

Mina rushed up the stairs as quickly as she could. Her excitement had boiled over, with it building with each step closer to Shoka's door. She was like a shark swimming through the water, and she just caught the scent of blood.

She didn't waste any time as she began to knock on the door. A steady beat of knocking was all that could be heard as she didn't let up. Her impatience was rewarded soon enough.

And the sight of Mina sporting a smile that threatened to split her face was what Shoka was greeted to when she finally opened the door. She saw the look in the pink girl's eyes. Before she could even say anything, Mina let go of everything.

"Oh my god, you three are going on a date!" Her voice rang out.

Shoka winced at the volume. The slender ravenette gave the pinkette an unamused look when her ears stopped ringing. Mina saw Momo poke her head out from behind Shoka, obviously curious and slightly annoyed at what caused the sudden noise. Ochaco and Toru arrived shortly after, now curious if Mina's deduction was right.

Before Shoka could respond, Kyoka was heard down the hall from her room at the other end.

"Okay, first off, OW! How is it that you can make a soundproof room pointless?" The punkette gave Mina a pointed stare. The horned pinkette gave her a weak smile and an awkward laugh. Kyoka didn't let up as she continued to speak, "Second, why is this a big deal? We know they're dating."

Toru gushed as she spoke up for Mina, already on the same wavelength as her friend. "It's because it's their first official date as a throuple."

Shoka huffed in defeat as she opened the door. Seems like everyone was going to be in their business. She already knew Mina wasn't going to let this go.

"Get in." Shoka groaned.

Mina happily skipped past the two ravenettes, making herself comfortable as she entered the room. Toru entered next; her body language was the same as Mina's as her excitement bubbled to the surface. Ochaco gave Shoka and Momo a sheepish look as she walked in. Kyoka seemed to debate joining in, not really wanting to intrude on business that wasn't hers. The slender ravenette gave her a shrug that pretty much said 'Might as well'.

The four extra quests got as comfortable as they could. Shoka kept her room spacious enough, not really having too many things to take up floor space. As Mina sat down at the desk, she got a look at the ravenettes' outfits for their date.

"Looking good ladies!" Mina said, giving the two ravenettes a thumbs up.

Shoka had dressed up in a faded red, off-the-shoulder top with long sleeves and a black denim miniskirt. She had on her usual black, flat-tops and finished her look with her signature Mr. Mew coat that was half-worn on her body, the black hoodie draping off her shoulders and around her arms. Her long hair was pulled up into a messy bun at the base of her neck.

Momo was wearing a sleeveless dress that had a white upper half, a black-plaid wavy skirt, and a red sash tied up with a small bow around her waist that was off-center. She had a pair of stockings and small, white pumps. Mina was surprised to see her wearing her hair down, her long raven locks cascading down her back and shoulders. She had gotten used to seeing Momo have it up in her usual spiky ponytail.

The two ravenettes' moods had shifted at Mina's words, grateful for the compliment.

"Thanks, Pinky."

"I appreciate the compliment, Mina."

"So~" Mina decided to cut straight to the important part, "Give us the deets!" She was trying her hardest not to bounce in the chair she was sitting in.

"Don't know." The slender ravenette gave a shrug. "Izzy talked to us on Friday after the Quirk session and said he wanted to take us on our first official date," Shoka answered.

Izuku didn't let them know much. She and Momo thought he wanted to make it a surprise. They didn't even see him much yesterday, though the times they did they saw him deep in thought and occasionally letting his mental ramblings verbalize. They just found it cute that he was putting in this much effort and they didn't want to take that away from him.

"It was certainly a surprise, but a welcomed one. He was rather bashful when he asked us." Momo added.

That was an understatement. He went atomic red when he asked. Momo honestly loved seeing him blush like that. While he didn't get that shy that often, at least since she's known him, the times he does make her struggle to hold back from embracing him and never letting go.

Even with Shoka's less than informative answer, it didn't deter the pinkette as Momo's testimony just added fuel to the fire for her. Her imagination ran wild with different ideas, each one more romantic than the last.

Before anything more could be said, Shoka's phone went off, alerting the group that she got a message. The slender ravenette smiled as she read the text.

Phones: Hey. I'm back. Are you and Momo ready?

ShoKat: Sweet! Comin down.

"Well Momo, time to enjoy an evening with our boyfriend," Shoka said with a small hint of pride.

"Then let's not keep him waiting." The heiress said joining her partner.

The two walked out of the room together leaving behind their group of friends. The four other young women looked at each other before following after them. They figured that they had already come this far, and might as well see where it goes.

The two ravenettes descended the stairs and came to a stop as they caught a glimpse of their verdette. He was wearing a nice button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up just below his elbows that fit his body rather well, giving Shoka and Momo a much-appreciated view. He had the shirt tucked into a pair of black slacks with a black belt going through the loops. And while it may clash with the outfit to some degree, they saw he was wearing his signature red shoes. Something that he made work for him.

Izuku was standing next to the group of gamers, chatting with them and sharing some laughs when he finally noticed his ravenettes. They shared a smile when they saw him blush. Both young women crossed the room, stopping in front of the verdette and getting a closer look at him.

He swallowed hard; his nerves were getting the better of him as he tried his best to finally speak. "W-well. Ready to g-go?" Izuku offered an arm to both of the ravenettes.

He didn't receive a verbal answer. Shoka and Momo each had simply taken an arm, Shoka being the more confident of the two as Momo sported a faint blush at the gesture, and began to move him to the doors. They left a stupefied group of Heroes in training behind.

Once the throuple was outside, the verdette's mind was going into overdrive

He pushed down his nerves, remembering to have confidence in himself. Which was easier said than done. Today was special. It wasn't just the three of them spending time together. It was the three of them in a more intimate sense.

And Izuku wanted to make sure their first date was a memorable one.

So Izuku acted, making sure his brain didn't slow him down with intrusive or unwanted thoughts. The two young women saw Izuku give them a warm smile. He leaned closer to Shoka and she felt him give a quick peck on her cheeks. He wasted no time doing the same for Momo who seemed to melt at his actions.

Izuku finally spoke up. "Y-you both look lovely by the way. T-then again, you two a-always do."

The two ravenettes blushed at the sincerity behind his words and the surprise of his affectionate action. Shoka recovered first, taking her time to kiss him on the cheek, letting her lips linger for a moment. Momo mirrored her, placing her lips on his other cheek, giving him a second, quicker one right after.

"Thanks, Izzy."

"And you look rather handsome yourself, Zuzu."

Both their replies were quiet, just barely over a whisper. They didn't find it in them to move from that spot.

At least until they heard the muffled sounds of a nosy pinkette.

"Awwwwww~" Izuku and Momo froze in place after hearing Mina fawn over them. Shoka simply pouted and turned her head around ever so slightly to give her a glare. That didn't faze the pink girl. She just gave them a wide smile and a thumbs-up from behind the window. It wasn't long until she was dragged back by Shinso and Kyoka, the punkette stopping to give Shoka a nod before disappearing from view.

"A-anyway," Izuku said, getting the attention of the ravenettes, "shall we?"

The throuple walked together, leaving the campus behind as Izuku led them to their date. The three passed the time by coming up with random topics to discuss or having semi-heated debates on various movies and books that had caught their attention recently. The small talk even continued once they got onto the city bus. Some other passengers watched in amusement at the group while others did their best to ignore them, mostly thinking it was just a group of friends hanging out.

Soon, they neared their stop and continued on foot. As topics faded or switched onto others, Shoka and Momo recognized the path they were taking.

"Hey, Izzy? Are we heading to the café?" Shoka sent a questioning look to Izuku, wondering what he had planned.

"Y-yeah. B-but I want it to be a surprise! So just be patient for a little longer, please?" Izuku pleaded.

Shoka and Momo shared a look between them, already knowing that Izuku must have done something just for them. They both gave him a comforting squeeze. At that signal, he released a held breath, his shoulders relaxing as he did.

The café had come into view. To the ravenettes' surprise, it was closed with the windows blacked out by what looked like dark curtains. Their suspicions were confirmed when they saw a note on the door.

Phones, the shop is in your hands. Don't go too crazy.

- Mr. H

Izuku freed his hands and turned to face the two young women. "Wait right here. I just need to finish one last thing." With that, he unlocked the door and made his way into the café, taking the note in with him. He didn't even give Shoka or Momo a chance to see the interior of the building.

They didn't have to wait long as Izuku stepped back out and held the door open for his girlfriends. They saw that he added a charcoal-colored vest to his outfit, with a red tie that was tied improperly, reminding the young women about the first time he had to tie his tie for school.

The verdette held his arm back, gesturing to them to head inside. "Welcome ladies. I reserved a special table, just for us." Izuku said smoothly.

He was rewarded with another series of kisses from the two ravenettes as they walked by him. Shoka and Momo paused as soon as they entered. The lights gave off enough light to not be dim, but not light up the entire shop floor. To the right was a small couch set up with a small coffee table in front of it. Several of the same dark curtains that covered the windows were draped around the couch, with a series of string lights adding to the cozy atmosphere the little nook created.

A chorus of meows was heard and Shoka and Momo looked at the counter. Three recognizable black cats sat on the wood countertop, with the star-marked BK in the middle, the gloved RK on his right, and the heart-crested SK on his left. Each one had a color-coded bowtie around their neck, eliciting audible coo from the busty ravenette.

Izuku came up from behind them and spoke up, "This way." He gently took their hands and led them over to the couch. The two ravenettes took their seat as he talked, "Give me just a moment."

They watched as he went behind the counter. He began to work effortlessly, taking out several coffee cups and brewing a batch of coffee. The aromatic brew filled the air, stimulating Shoka and Momo's senses as they began to relax. RK and SK took up their perches on the young woman, giving them a chance to give their affections to their feline friends while BK sat patiently for Izuku to join them.

The sound of clattering cups on a tray pulled them from their blissful state as the faint aroma of cinnamon tickled their senses.

"For my two lovely ladies, a cup of our special house blend. One with milk, the other with cream. Both with just a hint of cinnamon." Izuku said, not missing a beat as he handed the filled cups to his girlfriends.

Shoka and Momo offered their thanks as they took their first sip, the delectable brew sending their taste buds into a state of bliss. Shoka noticed Izuku finished making his cup but hadn't sat down to join them yet. "Izzy? Aren't you gonna sit with us?"

"Not yet. I seemed to have forgotten our snack." He answered.

As he went back behind the counter, Momo voiced out her curiosity, "Oh? And what does our gracious boyfriend have for us?" Shoka had set her cup down, leaning in as her curiosity grew as much as Momo's

Izuku gave them a beaming smile as he returned with a covered plate, several smaller plates, and a set of forks. "Tiramisu."

Momo's eyes began to sparkle at what he said. Shoka was unsure of what the dish was and was not disappointed in what she saw as Izuku removed the cover. The slender ravenette licked her dark-red lips at the sight of a rectangular treat, layered a chocolate powder with a set of bar-shaped cake biscuits topped with a creamy filling, only to repeat again to create a second layer and finished with a heavier chocolate layer on the top.

As Izuku cut the treat into several square sections, Momo looked at him in wonder. "Zuzu, I didn't know you could make something like this."

The verdette gave her a chuckle and handed the two of them a plate as he answered, "I didn't until yesterday."

Shoka eyed the treat and her boyfriend, "You seriously learned to make this just for today?"

"Of course I did." He said as if it was the most obvious thing.

Shoka just shook her head, gracing him with a melodious giggle as he sat down to join his two ravenettes, settling in between them. RK and SK broke away from the group of humans, joining BK at a bowl of treats Izuku had prepared specially for them so they wouldn't feel left out.

Momo had to hold herself back from devouring the dessert on her plate, doing her best to savor every bit of it. If her delighted moans were anything to go by, then Izuku was feeling pretty good that his hard work yesterday with Mr. H paid off. He looked to see Shoka having more control than Momo as she ate. The first few bites must have gotten to her because she sat her fork down just to put her hands to her cheeks, a more than happy smile forming on her lips as she savored her previous bite.

Momo did her best to refine herself. It had been a while since she lost control over a dessert. But add that fact Izuku had taken the time to learn how to make it just for them, it made the tasty treat even more delicious for her. She eyed the rest of the dessert on the plate. The brainy heiress was able to wait for Izuku and Shoka to finish theirs before making a move for another piece.

Izuku saw his brainy girlfriend's eyes dart over to the dessert. He gave a chuckle, which caused Momo to pout for a moment. "Momo, would you like another?"

She gave him a soft smile, answering with a softer voice, "Yes please."

The verdette turned to Shoka with the same offer. He didn't even need to ask as she was a step ahead of him. "Please and thank you!"

Izuku shook his head and placed another piece for each of them on their plates. When Izuku and Momo were about to start eating their second piece of tiramisu, they paused as they watched Shoka fiddle with her phone after setting up her cup of coffee next to her plate.

"Shoka, what are you doing?" Izuku asked.

The slender ravenette repositioned her phone and took a picture of her treat. "Punishing Mina."

As she typed away at her message, Izuku turned to Momo with a raised brow. "Am I missing something?"

"Nothing to worry about, Zuzu." She replied, mentally agreeing with her raven-haired girlfriend's plan. While Mina would no doubt pester them later for details, teasing her now would be worth it. Momo decided to focus on something else. Her heart began to beat like a drum when an idea came to mind. She used her fork to cut off a small part of her tiramisu and held it out for the verdette. "Here Zuzu."

Izuku looked at Momo, his blush surpassing hers. He leaned in, opening his mouth as he neared the fork and took a bite. Momo unconsciously leaned closer to him as the scene played out in front of her, her mind being filled with thoughts and comparisons to her novels. She felt a sense of accomplishment when he finished.

It was then they noticed that Shoka had been watching with a rather amused smirk on her face as she took a bite of her own dessert. "Oh, don't mind me. Just enjoying the show." Shoka set down her plate and decided to be the bolder one of the three, teasing Izuku as she leaned in closer. "Though, I wanna try out the cinnamon roll on the menu."

Izuku didn't have time to brace himself when Shoka pounced on him. Izuku held back a moan as their lips connected, the ravenette wasting no time to keep her hold on him. As they deepened the kiss, Izuku matched the ravenette's enthusiasm. He decided to catch his snarky girlfriend off guard.

Shoka felt something prod past her lips. She opened her mouth further, letting Izuku's tongue dance around with hers. The kiss heated up as tongues mingled with one another, Shoka's moans becoming more and more apparent. The slender ravenette teased the verdette, challenging him to be bolder. A challenge he gladly accepted as he deepened the kiss further. The two broke away after a while, their chests heaving as they caught their breaths. Though Izuku barely had the chance when he felt Momo's hands gently pull his face close to hers.

"I think, I also wish to try this cinnamon roll." She said rather coyly.

Momo took her time compared to Shoka, sharing several lighter kisses with the verdette before going for a more impassioned one. She also had let her enjoyment be known more when Izuku began to take more control as they kissed.

Izuku was sure to give Momo the same level of affection he gave to her fellow ravenette. Momo felt Izuku's tongue seeking to push back her lips. She slowly parted them, allowing them a chance to mingle before their kiss evolved. Her body started to move closer to him, pressing against him as much as she could. The moans she made grew louder as their tongues danced, causing Izuku to grow eager for more. They couldn't continue for long as both needed to catch their breath soon.

Momo let out a small whimper when he finally broke off. She blushed at her action and buried herself in the crook of Izuku's neck, trying her hardest to hide her blush from her two lovers as her hair cascaded down both her and Izuku's forms. Izuku leaned back into the cushions of the couch, causing Momo to sink with him. When his body registered that Momo was close to him, he wrapped an arm around her subconsciously, the other seeking out Shoka and pulling her close when it found her. Both Shoka and Momo's hearts began to skip at his actions, triggering a feeling of warmth throughout their bodies. And as the kiss they both got kept flashing through their minds, they found their cores were beginning to burn.

Izuku's mind was only focused on the softness of the lips of both girls at the moment, but that would quickly change.

There was a shift in the couch as Shoka leaned over Izuku and close to Momo, the ravenette heiress turning her head enough for one of her eyes to be seen. Shoka's lips quirked into a small smirk. "Low-key, I kinda love this taste. How 'bout you, Momo?"

There was some playfulness in the heiress' eyes, a wide smile making itself visible as she answered softly. "Delicious."

Izuku's mind was struggling at that point. Both ravenettes had jump-started his hormones going into overdrive with those words. Whatever fresh blood was pumping into his brain got cut off and flowed in the opposite direction.

Shoka leaned in closer, kissing the corner of Momo's lips, coaxing the girl to reciprocate. Momo pulled away from Izuku's neck and returned Shoka's show of affection, and soon their lips met. It was much tamer than their amorous displays, but Izuku could see the growing affection between the two. He watched on with a soft smile as his girlfriends held the kiss before their lips parted.

Shoka gave Izuku a glance as she spoke to Momo, "Good to know my girlfriend and I have the same great tastes." She leaned her body into the verdette, rubbing her cheeks against him as she got comfortable. "Helps that our boyfriend is pretty sweet himself, right?"

Momo had placed her head on Izuku's shoulder as she replied, "Indeed. Rather fortuitous that we got so lucky."

The two young women felt Izuku's arms wrap around them, giving them a gentle squeeze. "I just wonder how I got as lucky as I did." The throuple sat in comfortable silence for just a moment before their hormones began to get the better of them. Before they could even act on it, a meow that somehow held a modicum of irritation had cooled their heads. It felt like ice-cold water was dumped on them unceremoniously

The three looked at the three cats on the table, each one giving them a deadpanned look as BK used his paw to tap the note Mr. H left them. They remembered the wording and realized that they were just called out by the trio of feline companions. Momo buried her embarrassed face into Izuku's neck to hide away once more, while Shoka tried to dart her eyes away and avoid looking at the three cats. Izuku had the decency to look sheepish as he spoke up, "Sorry you three. We might have gotten carried away."

BK, RK, and SK each replied with a drawn-out meow. It didn't take a genius to understand that it was their way of saying, 'No, really?'.

Thinking quickly, Shoka decided to get back to her drink and dessert while asking Izuku a question, "Soooo, what else are we doing?"

"Oh!" Izuku leaned forward to grab a book on the shelf at the bottom of the coffee table. "I had the idea of us having a good read. Taking turns and all that. I was recommended this one and from what I hear, it's worth the read."

"Wow. Must have been something pretty special to get you to forget about that." Shoka said jokingly.

"W-well, I do have two of the prettiest girls I know right next to me." He turned to give her a cheeky grin. "In my defense, it's kind of hard to focus on anything else because of them."

Momo had calmed down enough to respond. "Well said, Zuzu." She reached over to the coffee table to grab her plate to finish eating her tiramisu, at a more controlled pace she told herself, when she grew curious about the book. "And a nice book sounds lovely. And something for us to read together is a rather fun idea, at least to me. What is the book you were recommended?"

"The Princess Bride." Holding the book out for the two ravenettes to see. "The abridged version." He quickly added.

Shoka let out a hum as she took a sip of her coffee, savoring its warmth. "I'm game." She leaned her body back against Izuku, getting herself comfortable for the read. "Well then Izzy, you first."

Momo mirrored Shoka's actions, leaning into the verdette to get comfortable while also getting a better view of the story so she could read along with Izuku. "Ready, Zuzu."

BK, RK, and SK all huddled together, ready to hear the story as well. Izuku gave his two ravenettes a fond look as he opened the book.

"As you wish."

Shoka and Momo listened intently as he began, taking in the story as he did his best to make it entertaining enough for them. They had switched out, letting Shoka have a turn for a while, then giving Momo a chance who was the more enchanted by the story itself while Izuku and Shoka found added enjoyment for the notes the author left explaining his changes to the original story.

They were heavily invested during the first sword fight of the story, finding it hard to root for either swordsman as they enjoyed both characters. When they had reached the swamps, Shoka had openly wondered if Nezu would get a kick at getting called an R.O.U.S., eliciting a laugh from the other two. It had been like this for hours. They continued to read and enjoy their drinks for hours, unaware that the night had come as they were too engrossed in the abridged tale.

When they finished, Izuku started to clean up after them, making sure that the café was ready for tomorrow morning. Shoka and Momo joined him, taking up their fair share of the work. Shoka was adamant about saving the last few pieces of tiramisu to take back to the dorm to eat. When Izuku asked why, they simply said they couldn't let it go to waste, which he did agree with, he just felt there was something more to it.

Soon enough they had finished cleaning up and let BK, RK, and SK into the little side room that Mr. H had set up for them and saw LK already asleep. Izuku locked up the shop and the three left for their dorms. Their journey back was a quiet one and the three simply just enjoyed each other's company all the way back to U.A.

While they were lost in their own world, they failed to notice that they garnered unwanted attention.

Across the street, further down the road from U.A. stood a large, muscular man, whose upper body was more built than his lower body. He had short blonde hair that went down the sides of his face into a set of sideburns, with a white hat worn backward covering his head. He had on a loose, black short-sleeved t-shirt with a white deer skull printed on it. The shirt barely hid a series of tribal-like tattoos on his right arm. The man wore gray shorts with thin, white stripes running down them vertically and a pair of white sneakers. Several gold chains hung from his neck, one with a closed lock on it, and several chained bands on his left wrist.

The man had a sharp, shark-like grin form on his face as he brought a hand to his chin in obvious thought at what he just saw.

"Well, well, well. I didn't think little Shoka had it in her to flip the board like she did. To think she ended up all the way over here. Wonder if Ayano knows?"

His thoughts began to sour as his mind ran through a recent proposition he was offered.

"Damn... Shoka doesn't even know this move just painted a huge target on her back."

He took out his phone, running through his recent calls to find the number he was looking for. "Those damn discs are gonna make a mess of things... Maybe I can make sure the board is in Shoka's favor. If not..."

His smile returned. "I'll just break the damn board!"

Back at Heights Alliance, Shoka and Momo were sitting at the dining tables with the rest of the 1-A girls sitting with them. They also had their final pieces of tiramisu out to eat.

And making a show of it. Specifically for a horned pinkette who watched on in envy and remorse.

Izuku just chuckled at his girlfriends' antics as he enjoyed his piece, standing next to Shinso who had a piece of his own, and Sato enjoying the last piece of tiramisu.

"Thanks again for the recipe, Sato. I hope I didn't do too bad." Izuku said to the large brunette.

"Not bad, Midoriya. Not bad. And no problem. Glad to teach someone else the art of baking." Sato replied, taking another bite.

"Shoooooka, I'm sorry!" Mina cried out to the slender ravenette. When Shoka proved she wouldn't fall for the pinkette's tears, Mina turned to Momo, hoping to curry favor from the heiress. "Pleeeeeeeease, Yaomomo! I'm sorry! Please save me a piece next time!"

Momo shot a look at Shoka, who nodded at her. "Very well Mina. Next time Izuku plans to spoil us, we will save you a piece." Her expression quickly shifted to a stern one. "As long as you behave. We don't mind sharing some details of our relationship, but we do mind others putting themselves in the middle of it."

"DEAL!" Minda quickly agreed. "So how did the date turn out?" And quickly changed her focus.

- U.A. FRONT GATE, MONDAY -

"Please, we would just like a statement!"

"Are the rumors indeed true that All Might has begun teaching here?"

"Where is All Might?"

"Why has U.A. kept quiet about this?"

"How has the Symbol of Peace handled the transition into being a teacher?"

Ayano pinched the bridge of her nose. Leave it to Nezu to leave dealing with the press to her. Something about being a part of the admin team.

She was starting to see why Aizawa kept away from them.

Speaking of, the Underground Hero was supposed to be helping her deal with the media circus. Ayano took careful glances out of the corners of her eyes, making sure not to ignore the reporters outside the gate as she scanned the area for Aizawa. She managed to spot him near the doors, doing his best to hide away, watching from a distance.

'Aizawa, I hope you are ready to deal with extra paperwork for this transgression.' The dark-haired woman thought to herself.

"Ayano!"

The dark-haired woman managed to smile, recognizing the voice. She watched Shoka approach her, along with Izuku, Momo, and Shinso, the verdette holding two cups of coffee in his hands, one much larger than the other.

"Shoka. Wonderful to see you again, dear." She gave a nod to the others, acknowledging their presence. Her eyes widened slightly in surprise when Izuku handed her one of the cups. She took the hot beverage into her hands and took the first sip, savoring the flavor and giving the verdette a grateful smile.

"Not that I would ever say no to seeing you, Shoka, but why are you here?" She took another sip, the hot brew working its wonders as it danced on her taste buds.

Izuku was the one who answered. "Nezu sent me a message saying that you had to deal with the press. Said you might appreciate something to help make your job more manageable. And obviously, Shoka wanted to drop by and say hi."

Ayano gave out a thoughtful hum. "Perhaps these are the admin privileges Nezu likes to talk about."

Before they could continue their discussion, the reporters outside the gate took notice of the students' arrival and wasted no time trying to pry out any information they could.

"You four! What is it like having All Might as a teacher?"

"How does he handle juggling his profession as a Hero and the Symbol of Peace with his duties as an instructor?"

"Come on, give us something!"

The four students turned to the reporters, all of them had hope swelling in their chests that they may finally get something to work with.

Only for the quartet to shatter those expectations with their answers.

"All Might is really teaching here? Sorry, I don't get out of the Support Labs enough. I honestly thought that was someone pulling my leg."

"So that's what those Hero Course guys were all excited about!"

"Truly? I should pay better attention. I have been too focused on my Business Course studies to really notice."

"General Studies."

The four fought real hard to hold back their laughter at the defeated and aggravated looks the reports all sported. From his spot further away, Aizawa smiled at the way his students avoided dealing with the reporters. Ayano had no reservations about letting her mirth be known to those around her, laughing out loud enough for everyone to hear.

She had been dealing with this mess for only 20 minutes, and she was sick of it.

One reporter decided to be much more vocal about their own irritation as the situation began to boil over. "If you won't give us All Might, at least let us interview the students he is teaching!"

The incessant badgering of the reporters grew louder and louder as they voiced their agreement with the irate reporter. At that point, Ayano had had enough.

"Silence!" Her commanding voice caused the reporters to focus entirely on her. "Hear this, should you force yourself onto this campus and harass our students, you will be held accountable. U.A. has already agreed to a press statement later this day in regards to All Might and the current rumors about his employment."

"Your networks will have already been told this. Be patient, and wait for the appropriate credentials to allow you entry later today." Her eyes narrowed, causing the group of reporters to freeze in place. "Once again, should you choose to ignore our rules or continue to pester our staff or students, wewill hold you accountable."

One reporter decided to challenge Ayano, stepping closer to the gate as she spoke up, "You can't do this! We just want to speak to All Might! Stop pigeon-holing us an-"

Her sentence was cut short when an alarm was heard, causing a series of thick, metal barriers to emerge from the ground and seal off the campus. The female reporter had to be pulled back from it by another reporter as she was only a few centimeters away from getting knocked back by the metal door.

"What the hell!?" She cried out in surprise.

They continued to stay up, blocking the reporters from even seeing the inside of the campus. Another reporter spoke up, "That's the U.A. Barrier. It won't let anyone in if you don't have the right credentials or identification."

The female reporter was not deterred as she walked up to the barrier and began to bang on it with her free hand. "You can't do this! The people have a right to know and we want answers!"

Ayano let out a tired sigh, already dreading the press conference later. She turned to the quartet and addressed them. "Well done handling that lot. Now, start making your way to your classroom. And tell Aizawa to stop hiding, he still has several minutes left to help me handle the circus."

"You might want this then." Izuku handed her the larger mug of coffee and she understood what he was getting at.

Shoka gave Ayano a quick side-hug and the four left the administrative assistant alone. Ayano listened to the cries and demands of the reporters from behind the gate, doing her best to find enjoyment in their misery. She held out the larger mug, feeling its weight disappear from her hands as Aizawa stood next to her.

"Nice work handling the vultures, Kamachi." The tired Hero said.

Ayano gave him a dismissive hum, ignoring him for a moment before replying, "I know how to deal with annoyances."

"Still. You handled it well. You gave them enough to keep them in the loop while not giving them enough to bite at." He took a sip of his coffee, starting to feel re-energized. "Better head back inside. The gate will stay shut and our sensors will be active while they are there. Let them wallow."

With that, the two made their way inside the main building of the university, going their own way to continue their workday.

Outside the gates, watching the group of disgruntled reporters, was the shaggy-haired Tomura. He had put on a hoodie, keeping the hood up in order to hide himself from those who would notice him.

He watched, taking in everything as a plan formed in his mind. He pulled out his phone, went through his contacts, and found the one he was looking for. After several rings, the warbly, well-mannered voice of Kurogiri was heard.

"Yes, Shigaraki?"

"Kurogiri, get ready. It's almost time to start the stealth quest."

"Very well, Shigaraki."

"Did you guys see the media outside the gates? It's freakin' nuts out there." Sero commented as 1-A gathered in their classroom, waiting for Aizawa to arrive.

"At least you didn't have to deal with the noise," Kyoka grumbled.

Shoji nodded along with her. "They were rather persistent in trying to talk about All Might."

Izuku and his group arrived while the rest of the class had chatted among themselves, going over the reporters outside campus and checking social media to see what was going on there in regards to All Might and his job at the university.

Aizawa arrived soon after, the class quieting down as he made his way to his desk. He set down his coffee and addressed the room. "Alright. Welcome to your second week of class. Before we get down to it, you all will now have an important decision to make." His eyes narrowed, seriousness dripping from his every word. "One that will affect you and your future here."

The class grew nervous, save for the Problem Children who were used to his antics. It didn't mean that they treated his words any less seriously.

"You all need to pick your class representative and vice-representative." The tired Hero said in a complete deadpan, the serious tone all but vanished in an instant.

1-A just stared at him, unsure how to even respond.

"…What?" Kaminari asked in utter confusion.

"You need to choose who will be your rep and vice-rep." Aizawa reiterated.

At that, the room erupted into a frenzy.

"Oh! Pick me!"

"A sparkling role fit for yours tru-"

"I can handle being rep!"

"It'd be real manly if I got picked!"

"I wouldn't mind trying to be rep."

"You extras better make the smart choice!"

Aizawa groaned at their behavior. They were doing so well at the start of class too.

""OI!""

The class stopped at the sudden combined yell coming from Izuku and Shoka, the ravenette having a notable twitch in her brow. The class quieted down after that.

"Thank you Midoriya, Sakurane." Iida said as he stood up. "Everyone, we should handle this like adults. This isn't just something we should be so carefree about. I suggest we hold it to a vote."

They all noticed that Iida's arm was raised, almost popping out of its socket as he stretched it as far as it could go. No one had the heart to call him out on it.

"Kero Your arm is raised the highest, kero kero."

Except Tsuyu.

"Regardless," Iida answered without missing a beat. "These aren't roles to be considered lightly. I have no doubt that taking up the mantle of our representative and vice-representative will demand our time and focus." The bluenette turned to address their instructor, "Is that correct, Aizawa-sensei?"

"Every Friday at 7:00 pm and when something springs up. Your role also is to act as secondary leaders if I or another instructor isn't around. We also expect that you can make sure everyone in class is up to snuff, so trust is key." Aizawa answered. His voice had a stern edge as he continued, "So don't take it lightly. If you want this job, get ready to put in even more work."

"Thank you, Aizawa-sensei. Would a democratic vote work for you?" Iida suggested.

To his surprise and the surprise of most of the class, Aizawa was already cocooned up in his yellow sleeping bag, shuffling away into the corner. "Whatever works." He answered. "As long as the decision is made and everyone is in agreement, then do what you will. Just don't bug me in the meantime."

As he turned away, the class began to discuss the idea among themselves.

"Well, it has been a week, kero," Tsuyu commented.

"Right, and we all know each other enough to get a feel for one another," Kirishima added.

"That, and we aren't voting on politics at least," Sero said with a grin.

"Is everyone in agreement over this?" Iida looked around the room. No one seemed to have any problems with the idea, so he moved things along. "Then let's get started. Yaoyorozu, could you make us a small ballot box?"

"Of course, Iida." The heiress lifted her skirt slightly as a small glow appeared on her leg, soon followed by a small, cardboard ballot box. She brought it to Aizawa's desk and went back to her seat.

Iida went first, placing his vote in the box and waiting next to it, taking over the role of the vote counter since it was his idea.

In his seat, Izuku had already finished writing down his vote. Momo was the only one who came to his mind, already knowing that she would most likely enjoy the experience, and with her having spent time learning how to handle her family's business and affairs from her parents, it made her the obvious choice.

The fact that he was imagining one-on-one time with Momo as they worked and later ignoring it for more interesting proposals. Or Shoka meeting with him in the middle of work, doing her best to keep it secret. Those two ideas merged and the scenarios focused on the three of them together. He had to stop himself, careful not to verbalize these thoughts lest someone, like Kyoka, could hear him.

Momo had voted for Izuku, partly because she knew he could handle such a role and she had no doubt that if anything it would be the two of them as rep and vice-rep and they already worked well together, but the other part of her began having vivid scenarios of the two of them alone, in an empty classroom, with all their paperwork scattered on the desk and floor as they focused on more illicit affairs with one another. With Shoka coming across them by 'accident' and joining them.

She shook her head to rid herself of her growing blush. Yesterday's events were still fresh in her mind, and it didn't help that she decided to read one of her more, steamy, novels before bed.

Shoka left it to chance, unsure about voting for either Izuku or Momo. It was a no-brainer in her mind. Plus she, like Momo, was very imaginative with what she could do with her two dorks later on. 'Oh yeah.' She thought to herself. She could already see fun times for the three of them. She saw the two objects of her thoughts out of the corner of her eyes, seeing them blush slightly at the same time. She smirked.

All three of them had the same, erotic thoughts. And they had their date to blame.

One by one the students of 1-A made their way to the ballot box to deposit their votes. Once everyone had voted, Iida counted the votes, marking down the votes that were cast.

And it was a tie between Izuku and Momo, both with five votes.

Though Iida was focused on another thing. 'I got a vote!'

Aizawa perked up when they finished the count. He looked at the board, giving a hum that seemed to mean he expected this outcome. While the class wondered how they would determine who would be the rep and vice-rep between Izuku and Momo, Aizawa opted to flip a coin. He dug through his pocket, pulled out a 10 ¥ coin, and flipped it as he determined the outcome that way. As it landed heads, he gave the room the answer.

"Problem Child, congrats. You're the rep. Yaoyorozu, you're his vice. I'm hoping that you will be able to help curb some of his tendencies. Maybe he'll listen to you..." Aizawa said, focusing on the two and ignoring Iida having a mental breakdown about the decision coming down to a coin toss.

Izuku and Momo walked up to the front together and stood beside Aizawa's desk. They gave the other a nod and addressed the class.

"Everyone, thank you for your support, whether you voted for me or Momo. I know I will do my best for every one of you. And if any of you need my help, you just have to ask." Izuku said with a bright smile.

"Thank you, all of you for the support. I shall endeavor to always do my best while I am your vice-representative. And, like Izuku, if you require any form of assistance, please, don't hesitate to come to myself or Izuku." The ravenette heiress said with a small bow.

"You know, I'm good with this," Kaminari said.

Mina didn't hold back her excitement. "Heck yeah! Power team IzuMo!"

The others voiced their opinions, many of them agreeing with the turnout. Bakugo, however, did grumble but managed to keep his displeasure to himself.

"Alright. Take your seats, you two. During my block later today, I will give you both some paperwork to go over." Aizawa said to the two new reps as they returned to their seats. "That being said, get ready for your first lesson today."

As he left the room, Ectoplasm arrived, starting up their mathematics lesson for the day.

"Thank Lunch Rush for comfort food!" Mina cheered as her head slumped against the cafeteria table.

"His rice is pretty tasty," Ochaco said with a mouth full of said rice, already taking another bite.

The two were joined by Izuku, Shoka, Momo, Shinso, Iida, Kyoka, and Toru, everyone enjoying their much-needed lunch together.

Izuku was looking around the cafeteria, making note of how much fuller it seemed today. "A lot of different courses must not have wanted to go get something else today."

"After seeing that mess outside the gate, I wouldn't be surprised," Shinso remarked, earning nods from Shoka and Kyoka.

"Yeah, you make a good point." Izuku focused on his meal. The group began to make idle chatter, discussing their previous classes and setting up future study session times when a voice interrupted them.

"Midoriya, Shinso. I see you two are doing well." The two in question turned and looked to their right and saw Monoma sitting at the table next to them across the aisle.

Shinso gave the blonde a nod as Izuku returned the greeting, "Hey Monoma. Yeah, we're doing pretty well. How about you and your class?"

Monoma had a prideful smile on his face. "I am doing well myself. As for my class, why not ask some of them yourself. Allow us to introduce ourselves." The blonde swept his arm across the table in a grand gesture.

An orange-haired young woman perked up. Her hair was styled into a high ponytail on the left side of her head, with her bangs being split into three clumps around her teal-colored eyes. Several strands of hair stuck up in large tufts on the top of her head. She had a slim build, but the 1-A group could note the small build-up of muscles on her form, even through her uniform.

"Hey, I'm Kendo Itsuka. Nice to meet you all." Itsuka introduced herself.

Across from Itsuka was a young man who had chin-length, messy gray hair that seemed to stay in place whenever he moved. His black eyes were tilted inwards and were lined with an odd, tan-colored substance that was thick and jagged and was missing his eyebrows. Everyone noticed that he had a similar build to Kirishima. The sharp teeth added to the comparison.

"Yo! Name's Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu!" The gray-haired young man proclaimed.

Everyone at the 1-A table was thrown through a loop with his name. They shook off their confusion and focused on the last member of the small 1-B group.

"SETSUNA!" Mina called out with glee, Toru joining her as they waved to the other girl.

"Hey Pinky, Toru! Well as they said, my name's Setsuna. Tokage Setsuna, but just call me Setsuna or Set, whichever works for you." Setsuna said.

Setsuna was a young woman with dark, mossy green hair that went down past her shoulders in waves, with a small clump hanging in the center of her forehead. She had large, dusky green eyes with longer eyelashes on her lower lids. Like Tetsutetsu, she had sharp, pointy teeth that were notable in her playful smile.

After the 1-B group introduced themselves, the 1-A group followed suit.

"So, how was your first week?" Momo asked.

Itsuka chose to answer, "It was pretty good. Kan-sensei is strict but he means well so we're learning a lot from him."

"Don't forget our class with All Might! It was manly as hell!" Tetsutetsu added. While the 1-A group now looked around for Kirishima, wondering if he knew about his counterpart and debating if they should introduce the two at some point, Iida was about to chide the gray-haired young man before he was stopped by Shinso, who did not want to deal with that at the moment. "So glad he decided to teach here!"

"It is pretty sweet." Said Setsuna. "Just wish some of the other classes could ease up on us."

"Tell me about it, we had Ectoplasm-sensei at the start of today." Mina groaned.

Itsuka just finished a bite of her lunch when she added to the conversation. "I just kinda wish Cementoss-sensei wasn't so... Dry, with his teachings."

"Really? I thoroughly enjoy Literature with him, myself." Momo said, confused by the reaction of several others around her.

"Well, some people can't enjoy everything." Said Monoma. He paused for a second before addressing the 1-A group. "Did you all pick your representatives today, by chance? That was the first thing Kan-sensei had us do."

Iida decided to answer the 1-B blonde, "Indeed we did. We elected Midoriya and Yaoyorozu as our representatives." He began to chop at the air as he continued, "Though I still don't agree with how Aizawa-sensei determined the final outcome."

The four members of 1-B just stared at the bluenette in a mixture of surprise and amusement. "He doesn't really turn off, does he?" Setsuna asked with a smirk.

"Can't. Keys got stuck in the ignition." Kyoka stated as she continued to eat, ignoring Iida's indignant squawk. The combined Hero group began to laugh at the punkette's comment, while Iida shook his head before giving them a small grin as even he found the joke amusing.

"How did your sensei determine the final outcome?" Itsuka asked the group.

"Flipped a coin. It was a tie between an adorkable nerd or an adorkable nerd." Shoka answered. "Obviously, the adorkable nerd won."

1-A was suddenly surprised as Setsuna's head floated over and around Izuku and Momo. She gave them a once-over before nodding. "Tough choice. I can see why the adorkable nerd won." She settled herself on Izuku's head, her eyes widening in surprise as she seemed to snuggle further into his hair. "Oh my god... How is his hair so fluffy!?"

"Set, enough teasing. Get back to your body." Itsuka said as she pointed at the headless body.

"Yeah, yeah. I hear ya Big Sis." Setsuna's head moved back to her body, her hands grabbing her with ease as she reconnected herself. All the while, Itsuka just gave her an unamused look.

Monoma shook his head at his coursemate's antics. "Well, Itsuka was elected as our representative. I don't know where our vice-rep is."

"I think Shoda had to finish up something back in the classroom. He's probably done by now and should be on his way here." Tetsutetsu remarked with a shrug.

The groups returned to their meals and engaged in various topics of small talk. Everything was going on as normal.

Then the alarm began to blare.

Kyoka winced as she covered her ears, doing her best to mitigate the sound. She noticed Momo had reached across the table to hand her a simple pair of noise-canceling headphones, which she accepted happily.

"What's going on?" Izuku wondered, narrowing his eyes

[There has been a Level 3 security breach]

The mixed group of Hero students looked at each other in alarm as the alert continued.

[All students please evacuate outdoors promptly]

Several of the older students had already begun to leave their tables, rushing to get to the exit. Iida managed to get the attention of one of the upperclassmen as he passed by, "What's a 'Level 3 security breach'?"

"It means someone is trespassing on the campus! We need to hurry!" He quickly explained before sprinting off.

The group of Hero students quickly rose from their chairs, doing their best to stick together, only to get swept up in the flood of panicking students. Izuku lost track of everyone in the mass of bodies, but he could hear some of the voices of his friends.

"HEY! Quit shoving!" That was Mina.

"Please, everyone. Leave in an orderly fashion!" There was Iida, not too far from him.

"This isn't very manly!" If he hadn't just met Tetsutetsu, he would have thought that was Kirishima. He still wasn't sure at the moment.

"Izuku!" The verdette turned around in time to see Momo careening toward him. He reacted quickly, holding his arms out as he pulled her towards him. As he stabilized himself, she spoke up, "Thank you, Zuzu."

"No problem, Momo." The two maneuvered themselves out of the way as best they could, their bodies pushed up against the window. They watched the pandemonium unfold around them, trying to see if they could find their friends, but they had no luck.

"Midoriya! Yaoyorozu!" Iida appeared from the mass, his body slamming into the window next to them. "As expected of U.A. students. Everyone has reacted quickly in a crisis!"

"Not in the way it matters!" Izuku said with a grunt as an elbow was pushed into him. "Iida, did you see where everyone else is?"

"Sorry, Midoriya. I lost track of them shortly after this all started." The bluenette said.

His answer caused Izuku to frown in frustration, the noise and panicking students not helping his mood. He decided to use Orbit to locate where his friends were at. He felt his energy surge to the pin on his left sleeve's cuff and immediately felt an explosion of connections. His Psych was targeting every person around. His mind strained as he narrowed his focus, feeling Ego working in overdrive to keep his focus.

He had located Shinso near Ochaco further ahead. Shoka was near them but surrounded by many other students. Mina, Setsuna, and Itsuka were grouped together. Monoma wasn't too far but he could feel him struggling. When he found Toru, his anger grew.

Before he reacted, Iida called out to him, "Midoriya! Yaoyorozu! It's the press. They somehow got through the barrier!"

Izuku's mind ran a mile a minute trying to understand why they would pull a stunt like this. With this news in mind, he looked to Momo and began to plan, "Momo, can you make a bullhorn?"

The ravenette nodded, unbuttoned her jacket, and lifted her shirt as she quickly made the device. She brought it up to her mouth and began to speak. "Everyone! Please remain calm! It is only the press!"

It was too chaotic. No one seemed to listen to her, too wrapped up in their apparent fear to listen. Every second that passed, Izuku kept focusing on where Toru was, noticing she hadn't moved from her spot, even when Kyoka ended up next to her. Ego began to hum loudly. His stockpiled energy threatened to burst. So he let it.

"Momo, I'll get their attention!" The ravenette looked to Izuku, wondering what he meant when she noticed his eyes begin to have a faint glow to them. She saw the pin on his sleeve crack before a wave of energy exploded from him.

"THAT'S ENOUGH!"

The mass of students all froze in place, green energy enveloping their bodies for just a second before it quickly faded. Before they could understand what had happened, they heard a voice being projected.

"Everyone! Please remain calm! The press managed to get past the gates and triggered the alarm." Momo explained. All eyes were on her as she continued to speak, "Please, do not let your panic make you forget that you are students of U.A. Please check on those around you to ensure they are alright. If they need aid, then help them to the infirmary."

The students began to calm down. Many of them had the decency to know that they hadn't handled themselves like they should. As the crowd of students began to handle things in a more orderly fashion, Momo quickly acted to catch Izuku's body as his legs gave out. She began to worry as she pulled him close, noticing the blood trickling from his nose.

He breathed heavily, gasping for as much air as he could while he rested in his brainy girlfriend's arms, his head resting on her chest.

Something he would have liked to enjoy at a different time.

"Izuku? How are you feeling?" She asked in concern.

Izuku managed to speak through his labored breathing. "I-I'm fine. Just... Just need to rest. C-check on Toru. Kyoka should be by h-her." He weakly raised his arm and pointed to where he last felt Toru was at.

Momo nodded and raised the bullhorn up again, "Kyoka? Are you near Toru? How is she?"

With the mass of students calming down, they managed to hear Kyoka's voice yell out over the crowd. "She says she's a little banged up. I'm gonna get her over to Recovery Girl."

Momo let out a heavy breath at the punkette's words and went back to worrying over her boyfriend. Izuku was still breathing heavily, though he managed to steady himself. The ravenette created a handkerchief from her hand and used it to wipe away the blood from his nose. She gave him a soft smile as she spoke to him.

"I'm glad you're alright, Izuku." She looked at his sleeve and noticed that his pin had shattered, the pieces already on the floor. "I'm surprised you could even affect that many people. I thought that was beyond your limits."

"It was... I need to stop getting into situations that force me to stress test my Psychs." He gave her a weak grin before it quickly faded. "When I found Toru, I just felt my Psych going beyond its limits. I guess I can pull off something like this in a pinch... I really don't want to though."

Momo began to hold him closer to her. "I'm just glad you make it a habit to keep Orbit and Excalibur on you. It certainly came in handy."

"Saaaaaame." The verdette responded.

"Midoriya, Yaoyorozu, exemplary thinking with your Psych and the bullhorn," Iida said as he joined them, no longer being pressed up against the window.

"Thanks for letting us know what was happening, Iida," Izuku replied. He tried turning his head to look out the window, giving Momo his thanks as she turned them both around to see the aftermath of the press stampede.

They watched as Aizawa and Present Mic were dealing with the reporters with the aid of the police. Ayano joined them, looking rather irate. If the flinching of the reporters was anything to go by, she was pissed. The three 1-A students found it hard to not want to cheer her on.

Izuku noticed several Ectoplasm clones patrolling the campus for where they were at. It made him wonder what really happened. As the reporters were escorted off campus by the police, he noticed that several more of their instructors arrived and huddled around the gate.

Or what remained of it.

Nezu stared at the crumbled and dusty remains of the gate's barrier. The hyper-intelligent chimera began to run through multiple scenarios in his head. Ayano's voice broke him from his thoughts.

"I have run through a list of the reporters we have on file. Each of them, save for two or three, we have listed as regulars who often represent their networks during our press conferences. None of them have a Quirk that can do this to the barrier." Ayano scanned the information on her tablet, looking for anything she might have missed. "Their cameramen all check out as well."

"I see." The chimera looked over his shoulder. "Please send a message to Maijima. I want him to perform his own examination on the remains of the barrier."

Ayano complied. After sending the message, she brought up something that had caught her attention. "Sir? As I was going through our systems, I noticed that a personnel sensor went off near the offices. It was flagged as an unknown."

Nezu turned to face her fully, his fur bristling as he looked at his assistant. "Go on."

"No other sensors were triggered leading up to there. It was as if someone just appeared in that area." Ayano had a hint of worry in her eyes.

The chimera brought a paw to his chin, filing away this new information. "We should check our files. See if anything was accessed. Ms. Kamachi," Ayano snapped to attention as she was addressed, "I believe we will need to plan for future intrusions."

"Very well, sir."
