Stephanie meanwhile turned to Dusty and added, "I agree with Hunter. This is going to be FCW's best storytelling, Dusty. And that's all because of Sandro, he is going to be the future. Not just of FCW. But of everything. If he continues to do great things not just in the ring, but behind the ring as well."
Right on cue, the door behind them opened, and Sandro walked into the room, still in his gear, still holding the X Division Title across his shoulder, sweat still trickling down his face. Alexa was a few steps behind him, beaming.
Triple H stepped forward and extended his hand. Sandro took it without hesitation.
"Let me tell you something," Triple H said, gripping his hand tightly. "What you did out there? That was main event heat. That was world champion level heat. You bring that to RAW or SmackDown? Soon you'll have every arena in the country throwing chairs at you."
Sandro chuckled, running a hand through his wet hair. "I appreciate that, man. Really. But as you and Steph know, this is going to end soon as it makes it more memorable like that."
Stephanie walked over, her heels clicking softly on the concrete. "You know what I'm going to say," she started, fixing him with a firm, sharp look. "You saw the numbers last week. You saw what happened when TNA closed with that rebellion teaser."
Sandro nodded. "Yeah."
"The network noticed. Sponsors noticed. That partnership contract renewal with TNA? It's teetering right now. If people start thinking TNA's the more compelling product, we have a problem."
Sandro's smile didn't waver.
"Don't worry," he said, coolly. "I already planned it out. This Thursday… I close the little fairytale chapter there as well. Close it hard. And next week, here in FCW? We light the damn fuse. Then on Saturday, it all burns down. I guarantee it."
Triple H grinned, patting Sandro on the shoulder. "That's what I want to hear."
After that, several days passed by, and it was Thursday. Sandro, alongside the entire Undisputed System, AJ Styles, Drew McIntyre, Big E, Ryback, Wade Barrett, and Alexa Bliss, had already arrived in Nashville and were now inside their locker room at the TNA Headquarters.
The atmosphere inside the locker room was laid-back but tense in anticipation of tonight's show. Everyone was in various stages of preparation, taping their wrists, adjusting their gear, or going over last minute match cues. Music was playing faintly from someone's phone, and the usual locker room banter filled the air.
As usual, the group drifted between jokes and serious planning, but out of nowhere, Big E leaned back on the bench, turned to Sandro, and asked with a curious smirk, "Hey, wasn't last Monday before the FCW show, you met with Stephanie and Triple H? What was that all about?"
The moment the words left Big E's mouth, the room shifted. The lighthearted mood paused like someone had hit a mute button.
All eyes immediately turned to Sandro. Even Alexa, who was lounging beside him tying her boots, perked up, suddenly alert. She turned to look at Sandro expectantly. As she along with April and Nikki, they hadn't been told anything about the meeting either by Sandro.
Sandro glanced around the room, his expression unreadable for a moment. Then, with that signature crooked smile tugging at the corner of his lips, he gave a cool shrug. "Nothing major," he replied. "They were just discussing the chances of me being called up to the main roster soon. Said they were preparing a contract and praised the work I've done down here in FCW. That's all."
Instantly, the silence exploded into cheers and congratulations. Drew clapped him on the back, Wade gave him a nod of approval, and even Ryback grunted something that was probably congratulatory.
Alexa hearing that clapped her hand and squealed before then leaned in and kissing Sandro on the cheek, wrapping her arms around his bicep with pride and joy shining in her eyes.
"About time," Alexa said with a grin. "You've been killing it down here, many of us were helped by your use well. You deserve it."
"Thanks, everyone," Sandro said, chuckling a little. "I appreciate it. It's great news, sure. But right now, let's focus on what's in front of us. Tonight's show is gonna be the real spotlight."
He paused for effect, looking around the room with that same steely confidence. "Besides… who knows? Maybe Steph and Hunter aren't just interested in me. Maybe they're thinking about the whole Undisputed System going to the main roster together."
That made the room fall silent again, but this time, it was charged with excitement. Wide eyes. Held breaths. Hearts pounding. The idea wasn't just a dream, it felt like a real possibility now.
AJ Styles, who had been quietly adjusting his gloves. in the corner, chuckled. "If that happens, everyone here except me will be the ones getting the offer."
Sandro turned to him, eyebrows raised.
AJ smiled, not bitter but honest. "I'm still under TNA contract. Just signed the renewal, remember? I'm not going anywhere for a while."
The mood in the room dipped slightly, a gentle reminder of the reality they all lived in. Sandro, ever the tactician, stepped in smoothly. "I could talk to Stephanie and Hunter, if you want," he offered. "I've got some pull after all, you know it. Maybe we could work something out."
But AJ shook his head. "I appreciate it, man. I really do. But I've got unfinished business here. There's still a lot I want to accomplish in TNA and on the indies. I want to make myself undeniable. So when the time comes… WWE will come knocking on their own."
Sandro nodded, giving AJ a respectful smile. "Fair enough. I'll wait for that day."
With that, the tension eased and the locker room returned to its usual rhythm. Preparations continued, jokes returned, but the energy had subtly shifted. Hope and ambition now simmered beneath the surface. Everyone was just a little more focused, a little more fired up.
Time passed, and slowly, the sun dipped behind the horizon. Night fell, and the Impact Zone buzzed with anticipation. Fans packed every seat, chanting, waving signs, and roaring with excitement. The opening theme song of Impact blared through the speakers, fireworks burst, and cameras panned across the sea of eager faces.
Then, unexpectedly, Samoa Joe's entrance theme exploded from the speakers, and the arena erupted. The fans leapt to their feet as Samoa Joe emerged from the curtain, followed by Jay Lethal, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Chris Sabin, Alex Shelley, Kurt Angle, and Sting.
The crowd roared as the eight legends marched down the ramp like warriors entering battle. They slid into the ring, standing united, an army of veterans and legends. Samoa Joe took the lead, requesting a mic from the ringside crew. The fans didn't stop chanting:
"TNA! TNA! TNA!"
The noise was deafening. The energy was electric. Joe raised his hand, calming the crowd.
"I get it. I feel it too," Joe said, voice booming. "Last week, we came out here and saved Bobby Lashley from one of the dirtiest beatdowns I've seen in a long time. And we didn't do it because we were told to. We did it because this—" he gestured around the arena "—means something. TNA means something. And what Sandro and his little Undisputed System are doing? It's poison. It's corruption. It's arrogance and ego dressed up like dominance."
The crowd roared again, rallying behind every word.
Kurt Angle stepped forward, eyes burning. "We've all bled in this ring. We've built this company with our bodies and our souls. And we won't let some outsider prance in here, steal titles, manipulate results, and act like he's some wrestling messiah."
Sting took the mic next. "I've seen darkness in this business. And Sandro? You're wearing it like a badge of honor. But here's the thing about darkness, it always gets exposed by the light."
The crowd was on fire now, ready to riot.
Suddenly, the lights flickered.
Darkness.
Then—
SHOCK THE SYSTEM.
The words exploded through the speakers, followed by a golden light sweeping across the arena. The Undisputed System's theme hit, and the crowd's cheers turned to a tidal wave of deafening boos.
Out stepped Sandro.
Alone.
He stood at the top of the ramp, drenched in arrogance, the TNA X Division title resting smugly on his left shoulder. In his right hand? A mic. Behind him, no Alexa. No others. No Undisputed System.
He didn't need them tonight.
The fans hated him. Boos rained down like thunder. But he just stood there, smiling like he owned the building.
He raised the mic to his lips, and his music abruptly cut.
"Ladies and gentlemen," Sandro said, letting the crowd stew in their hatred, "I hear the veterans and legends talking. I hear the war cries. Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle, Sting... what a Mount Rushmore of mediocrity."
The crowd booed louder, but Sandro continued unfazed.
"You talk about saving TNA's soul, about protecting its legacy. But here's the truth, TNA didn't become hot again because of you. It became hot because of me. Because the Undisputed System lit the spark, broke the rules, and made people care again."
He walked slowly down the ramp as he spoke.
"You say I corrupted this place? No. I revived it. When I walked through that curtain, people paid attention. When I took this title—" he lifted the X Division title high, "—I made it mean something again. AJ Styles knew it. That's why he joined us. Because he was tired of carrying dead weight."
He now stood at ringside, face-to-face with the eight men in the ring.
"You all talk a big game," Sandro smirked. "But where were you when TNA was dying? Where were you when TNA was slowly losing its viewers? Before you say you were here, yes you all were but you don't mean shit. All of you are washed up. When I arrived, I brought high viewers to tune in and built something from the ashes. And now you want to act like heroes? Please."
Joe stepped forward, mic still in hand. "You want to prove you're not just talk, Sandro? Then step into this ring tonight. Face one of us. One on one. No Undisputed System. No tricks. Just a fight."
Sandro grinned, tossing his mic from one hand to the other.
"Oh, I'll be in that ring," he said. "But not alone. You want a war? Fine. I'll give you one. Tonight, the Undisputed System takes the main event. And we're not coming to wrestle. We're coming to conquer."
He dropped the mic with a smirk, and the golden lights flared again as the Undisputed System music hit. The war for TNA had officially begun.
Then, after that fiery opening segment, the show rolled on.
Match after match filled the night, just like last week, but with a noticeable shift. The rules were as nonsensical as ever. Maybe even much more compared to last week. But this time, the wrestlers didn't follow the rules that had been placed upon them.
They fought against the rules, where their matches were harder, wilder, and almost borderline reckless. The stipulations were ignored.
Referees let it slide or worse for Sandro and the Undipusted System, joined in. There was one match where the official clearly helped the two wrestlers by ignoring the stipulation and allowing them to put out a classic match.
And another where the ref counted fast for both teams to end the match quicker due to the nonsensical stipulation and then slow for both teams to prolong the match allowing more screen time.
The rebellion wasn't even hidden anymore. The crowd ate it up, roaring in support at each twist, each stunt, each change back to normalcy. And it all felt… intentional.
Then the screen cuts to the backstage area.
Inside the General Manager's office, Sandro sat at his desk, the TNA X Division Title still slung across his shoulder. The office was cold and sleek, bathed in bright lighting that matched his brand. He wore a tailored black suit, collar open, hair was sleek. Alexa Bliss sat on the armrest of his chair, scrolling through her phone with a smirk.
