This sarcastic double entendre has spread like a virus throughout the Republic's government, parliament, courts, defense ministry, prosecutor's office, interior ministry, police headquarters, and national gendarmerie within the past 24 hours. From the heads of departments down to the rank-and-file employees, everyone has been repeating this phrase, each word dripping with malicious venom.
The "convenience" they speak of has a dual meaning: one being the literal sense, and the other implying acting on a whim.
