After retrieving Satoru's Cyber Internet Shrine from Tsukumono Village and placing it beside the Divine Cabinet of the Karyou Ghost School, Kamiya left Tokoyo and woke up in his own large bed.
Just as he awoke, he saw a jet-black cowlick springing spiritedly from the edge of the bed.
A natural smile appeared on Kamiya's face as he reached out his hand towards the cowlick swaying left and right at the edge of the bed and softly said, "Zashiki."
"Ya~"
His call was immediately answered.
A pair of white little hands climbed onto the bed's edge, the jet-black cowlick rose a bit higher, revealing the head of the Zashiki Warashi doll.
The little girl's eyes, brimming with spirit energy, blinked a couple of times, then she cooperatively tilted her head back slightly, revealing a clean neckline.
Her head gently nudged Kamiya's palm, like a docile little creature.
"Papa, you're awake?"
