Recently, Yoshihikari Temple is hosting the Summer Night Festival as per tradition. Being a renowned Fukujin Shrine, the festival centered around Yoshihikari Temple is grand with dances and lantern parades during the day, and even more lively at night.
Yoshihikari Temple is located in a rather quiet and secluded area, but tonight, there is a large crowd.
Lamps are hung everywhere on the roads surrounding the temple. The lights from the small vendors' stalls are more dazzling than the layered red and white lanterns, making the bushes near the roads appear even darker, especially those places not illuminated by lights.
On the road with the most stalls, two young women are strolling slowly amidst the crowd dressed in yukatas and light shirts.
The taller girl has an aura that's gloomy yet slightly tough, while the shorter one is more lively, spirited, and soft.
