Kamiyagawa: "Madam, besides this seemingly supernatural photo of a doppelgänger, have any other strange occurrences happened to you?"
"Other occurrences..." Himezuki hesitated, "I don't know if this counts."
"Just tell me about it."
"Lately... it seems like I often dream of, dream of a Kumadori."
"Kumadori?"
Kumadori is the makeup used in Kabuki performances.
During Kabuki, thick white powder is applied to the face, and then colors are painted on with fingers, and that is Kumadori.
Each Kumadori represents a specific character type or personality trait, somewhat similar to the facial makeup in Peking opera.
Listening to Himezuki's simple explanation of the term, Kamiyagawa inquired further: "What kind of Kumadori is it?"
"I can draw it. May I have some paper and pencils? Preferably with red, blue, and brown crayons."
"Please wait."
Of course, there is paper and pencils at home.
