This expedition is led by the Contemplating Arhat. The plan of surrounding Wei to save Zhao, surrounding and attacking with backup, was devised by him and has received the endorsement of the Mahasthamaprapta, aligning with Mahasthamaprapta's requirements and, in his view, fully capable of intimidating all around.
Now, hearing someone questioning his plan, the Contemplating Arhat naturally will not be polite. After all, the resources within the Buddhism School are limited; if you take more, I will have less. Therefore, there is considerable competition among the Arhat Venerates, and he cannot allow others to undermine his position.
Of course, the Contemplating Arhat is daring in making such plans because he has his own confidence; his sure kill trump card gives him that confidence.
