"Hey, girl..." Patricia choked a sob.
She had to restrain herself from hugging Reina so tight so that she may never be out of her sight again. She also noticed the rasp on her voice, and her first instinct was to give her water. But then she remembered that she's but a soul in this form; water would just flow past her body.
The rasp on her voice was a natural side effect of being starved of nutrition for so long, only having enough to essentially sustain her existence, not fulfill it. Patricia had converted more than original energy into soul force for Reina to consume until she stabilized. She could have as much as she could ever possibly need; Patricia was all too willing to do this for her. It's not that much of an effort anyway.
"Hi, Big Sis!" Urek knelt beside Reina's illusory form; his face was also drowning in tears. "We're so glad to have you back."
