They didn't infiltrate the Crimson Womb Chaos Realm. Not because they couldn't, but because there's no need to do so. They didn't want to provoke the ire of the crazed Bug Empress now, especially since it's unnecessary.
Since her hatred and attention had shifted towards the Supreme Will instead of them, humans, then she might as well stay like that. Because the more time she wasted chasing after this dead thing, the better humanity's chances were.
Sure, humans could send armies. They could harass the bugs, keep her worried, and slow down her progress just like she did to them. But that's not necessary at all. In fact, it's stupid and a waste of time.
