[Jason]

[]

You slept for 8 hours:

Your HP and MP have been restored. All status effects have been cured.

[]

I wake up, stretching, a grin spreading across my face. I'm pumped to see how much I've grown. I remember I didn't have time to check my bonuses after unlocking that achievement. Lindana, Zyss, Tyss, and even Kyss were all over me, eager for a ride.

I sit up, the cool air of the forest brushing against my skin. The others are still asleep, their forms scattered around the campsite. I bring up the translucent windows with yesterday gains.

Choose your Reward:

- +10 EP.

- 1 New Spell [Dark Matter]

- 1 additional party slot

I stare at the rewards, confusion tugging at my brows.

"These are the same damn options I had last time." I complain in a whisper. "I was hoping for something new, a twist, a fucking surprise. Anything but this recycled shit."

I've got 42 FP just sitting there, making the extra 10 look like pocket change. And another party slot? I just added one, I need something better."

My gaze lands on the new spell, Dark Matter.

I already got screwed for choosing magic before, but there's no way something called Dark Matter wouldn't be useful... god I hope so!

As soon as I select the magic, a window appears with its description, making me swallow hard, the forest suddenly too quiet, too still.

[NYMPHOMANCY]

-Dark Matter:

Difficulty: 3 out of 3

Mana Cost: 2 out of 3

A spell for materializing the power of darkness and controlling it at will. Materializing highly condensed mamono mana, forming a slushy dark colored mass of it, and putting it to use. Dark Matter absorbs magic to grow stronger, making rescue attempts backfire.

Dark Matter aggressively invades any non-monster it touches, eroding their mana and overwhelming them with intense pleasure, often leading to monsterization. It's typically formed as a sphere or tentacles, which can change shape, texture, and function: binding, pleasuring, or invading the target in various ways, even bypassing physical barriers like skin or bone.

[NYMPHOMANCY]

I stare at the spell description, a chill creeping up my spine. This isn't just a spell, it's a fucking pleasure nightmare. The kind of thing that could turn a battle into a mass orgy of monsterization.

"I should probably focus on what I got from Valthora, after sleeping with her for the tenth time," I whisper, closing the spell window.

[ACHIEVEMENT]

- Mamono Saint:

Attribute Bonus = +3 VITALITY +3 STRENGTH

Sacrosanct Flesh= You regenerate 5% of your maximum HP per 5 seconds while in combat. This bonus doubles when you are naked or sexually aroused.

Twilight Hybrid = Your body resists both holy and dark damage (reduce both by 25%). Your touch, however, bypasses all resistance to pleasure-based effects.

[ACHIEVEMENT]

I squint at the achievement, unease prickling my neck.

"Mamono Saint?" I mutter stunned. "Everything about mamonos is sex, pleasure, and raw, carnal need. This doesn't make any sense."

My gaze drifts to Valthora, still asleep, her form curled under a blanket. Her red hair spills out, a stark contrast to the drab fabric. She's the only explanation for this weird, holy-sounding achievement. She was a hero, after all, bathed in that sacred power from the Order .

I shake my head, a wry smile tugging at my lips.

"Leave it to Val to bring a little divinity to the monster girls."

Standing, I stretch, my joints popping with the release of tension. The forest is quiet, the first light of dawn barely filtering through the thick canopy.

I walk through the dense forest, leaves crunching underfoot. The air is thick with the scent of earth and growth, the hum of life all around me. I'm headed for the massive tree, the heart of Lorien's domain, hoping to ask for some food for my group breakfast.

As I get closer to the central tree I notice something... someone up ahead. A figure, hunched and shaking, long green hair cascading down like a waterfall of leaves.

At first, I mistake her for Lorien. Same hair, same outfit blending with the forest. But as I creep closer, I realize this isn't the elder dryad. This girl is younger, smaller, her semblance delicate where Lorien's is powerful.

She's crying, knees drawn to her chest, arms wrapped tight around them. Her sobs are soft, barely audible, but they carry a weight that punches me in the gut. I hesitate, unsure of what to do.

I step forward. She jerks, head snapping up, eyes wide and fearful. They're green, like her hair, like the forest, but rimmed with red from her tears.

"Hey," I say, offering a small smile. "I'm Jason. What's your name?"

She stares at me, lips parted in surprise. Then she swallows hard, looking down before mumbling.

"Elowen."

"Hi, Elowen," I say again, crouching to her level. "It's nice to meet you. Are you okay?"

She hugs her knees tighter, looking away.

"I-I'm fine," she stammers. But she's not. Her voice trembles, fresh tears spilling down her cheeks.

"You don't look fine," I press gently. "Is there something I can do? Someone I can beat up for you?"

That earns me a watery laugh, a quick glance from those green eyes.

"N-no. There's nothing anyone can do."

I sit next to her, resting my hands on the forest floor.

"Well, if I can't help you, maybe you can help me."

Elowen blinks, surprise flickering across her face.

"H-help you?"

"Yeah." I nod, a small smile playing on my lips. "See, I've got a group of friends back there, and they will wake up really hungry. I need a lot of food. Think you can help with that?"

"A lot of food?" She tilts her head, curiosity sparking in her eyes. "How much?"

I chuckle, thinking of Valthora's insatiable appetite.

"Well, I've got a redhead who can eat enough for three people on her own. And the rest of us aren't exactly light eaters either."

Elowen's eyes widen, a soft

"Oh." escaping her lips. She looks down, fingers picking at the leaves on her knees. "I-I can try. But... but I'm not very good at anything. Mother always says-."

I cut her off, not wanting to hear whatever her mother's filled her head with.

"Well, your mother isn't here right now. It's just you and me."

She looks up, startled. Our eyes meet, and I hold her gaze, steady and sure. Then she nods feeling a little more sure of herself.

"O-okay," she says, unfurling her limbs and standing up. She's shaky, but there's a new resolve in her stance. "I'll... I'll try."

"That's the spirit." I grin, standing with her. "So, where do we start?"

[Elowen]

I lead Jason through the forest, my steps silent on the mossy ground. His footsteps crunch behind me, loud and clumsy. I wince at the noise, but he doesn't seem to notice or care.

'He's a strange one, this human.' I think as I sneak a glance at him, his dark hair, tanned skin, and easy smile.

A suspicion gnaws at the back of my mind, growing stronger with every moment.

'He's a human, and he's here, in Mother's forest. He must be the one she wants me to marry.' I think in silence. 'But why hasn't he said anything? Is he playing some game with me? Or is he just completely unaware?'

I guide Jason deeper into the forest, the trees towering above us, their leaves filtering the sunlight into a soft, dappled glow. The air is cool and damp, filled with the scent of earth and growing things. We come to a grove, surrounded by tall trees and dense bushes. Jason looks around, his brow furrowing in confusion.

"Something wrong?" I ask, turning to face him.

"These trees, these bushes... they're all bare." He gestures to the plants around us, "Shouldn't there be fruit? Or berries? Something?"

I smile as I raise my hand. My fingers tingle, and a soft, green light begins to glow in my palm. I direct that power outward, into the trees and bushes around us.

The change is immediate. Branches rustle, leaves shiver, and before Jason's widening eyes, the plants begin to bear fruit. Berries swell and ripen, their colors shifting from pale green to deep reds, purples, and blues. Fruits emerge from flowers, growing plump and succulent in seconds. The air fills with the sweet scent of ripe fruit, and the grove transforms into a lush, abundant orchard.

Jason's mouth drops open, his eyes wide with shock and awe. I lower my hand, the light fading, but the smile remains on my lips.

"That... that was..." he stammers, looking around at the now fruit-laden trees.

"That was the power of a dryad," I say softly, unable to keep the pride from my voice.

Jason turns to me, his eyes shining with wonder.

"That was incredible, Elowen."

My cheeks flush at his praise, and I duck my head, my hair falling forward to hide my face.

"Thats nothing," I murmur, my voice barely audible."It's just a little trick."

Jason steps closer, his hand reaching out to touch my shoulder. I tense at the contact, but he doesn't seem to notice.

"Are you kidding?" he says with a bright smile. "You made enough food for an entire village in a second. That's incredible."

I can't help but feel a warmth spread through me at Jason's words.

I've never been praised like this before. Mother always finds fault in everything I do, always reminds me of how useless and weak I am. But Jason... he looks at me with such admiration, such wonder. It's a feeling I never want to lose.

My cheeks flush deeper, and I turn my face away, my hair falling like a curtain to hide my expression.

"Jason," I murmur, my voice barely audible. "Are you... are you the one my mother wants me to marry?"

The words hang in the air, and for a moment, there's only silence. Then, Jason's eyes widen, his whole body stiffening as if struck by lightning. He stares at me, his mouth open, no words coming out. I can see the gears turning in his head, the pieces clicking into place.

"Oooooooh," he finally says, his voice hushed. "You're Lorien's daughter. Sorry, I forgot because I had a bit of a... wild night."

I laugh softly, my shoulders shaking.

"Must have been some night," I tease, my voice barely above a whisper. "What exactly happened to make you forget something like that?"

Jason chuckles, a sheepish grin spreading across his face as he rubs the back of his neck. There's a slight flush to his cheeks, a hint of embarrassment that piques my curiosity even more.

"Well, it was...," he starts, his gaze drifting away as if remembering something both exhilarating and exhausting. "Let's just say it involved a lot of... 'physical activity'. It 'drained' me quite a bit."

My eyebrows lift in surprise, and I can't help but giggle at his vague explanation.

Jason and I quickly gathered a variety of fruits, nuts, and berries onto an open cloth he brought along.

I watch as he deftly ties the final knot on the bulging bundle. The cloth is packed full, and I can't help but wonder how he's going to carry all of it.

"You gathered so much," I murmur, looking at the massive bundle. "How are you going to carry all that by yourself?"

Jason turns to me, a confident grin spreading across his face. He leans down, grasps the bundle, and with a smooth motion, hefts it onto his back. He stands there, the picture of ease, as if the burden is no more than a feather.

"I've got the strength of a goblin when it comes to carrying stuff," he says, his grin widening.

"Whoa..." I breathe, awestruck.

Slowly, I reach out and place my hand on Jason's chest. My fingers linger against his skin, the warmth seeping into my palm. I can feel the firm muscles beneath his shirt, the steady, reassuring beat of his heart. It's a comforting rhythm, strong and sure.

Realizing what I'm doing, I quickly lift my gaze to meet his, a blush rising to my cheeks.

"I'm sorry," I stammer, but my hand doesn't move. It's like it's glued to him, drawn to his strength.

Jason smiles down at me, his eyes warm and inviting.

"It's okay, Elowen. I don't mind when a beautiful girl puts her hands on me."

"You... you think I'm beautiful?" I ask, my voice barely a whisper.

Beautiful. The word sends a shock through me. I search his face, looking for any sign of deceit or mockery. But all I see is sincerity, pure and simple.

Before Jason can answer, a furious scream shatters the peaceful moment.

"Found him!" she snarled. "And he's already with some other bitch!"

Jason and I both turn towards the source of the noise. A goblin with a bright red mohawk storms towards us, her eyes blazing with fury. She's small, but her presence is anything but. She looks like she's ready to tear Jason apart.

Jason sighs, a sound that's half exasperation, half affection.

"Elowen, I'm sorry. This is Kyss, she's... well, she's something else."

He turns to face the approaching goblin, his stance shifting from relaxed to authoritative. It's a subtle change, but it's enough to make Kyss pause in her tracks.

"Kyss," he says, his voice firm. "What have I told you about behaving?"

"You said I had to listen to you," Kyss snaps, arms crossed, lips curling into a wicked grin. "But I just don't give a damn what you say."

Jason raises an eyebrow.

"And what do you think will happen if you don't listen?"

Kyss's snarl falters, uncertainty flickering in her eyes. But she quickly masks it with defiance.

"You think I'm scared of you?"

"Is that so?" Jason's lips quirk into a smirk.

He takes a step forward, and Kyss instinctively takes a step back. Her eyes widen, realizing her mistake too late. Jason lunges, his free hand wrapping around her wrist. She yelps, trying to pull away, but he holds firm.

"Let go of me, you bastard!" she screams, thrashing in his grip.

Jason ignores her struggles and places the small woman on his shoulder, and turns to me, his voice calm and collected.

"I'm sorry for her rudeness," he says with a tender smile.

"O-oh, it was nothing." I stammer awkwardly.

"I guarantee she'll be punished," Jason says in an oddly friendly tone. "I just can't promise she won't like it."

"What?" I ask, confused.

But Jason doesn't answer and walks away laughing with a bag of food on his back and a complaining Goblin slumped in his shoulders, who despite complaining had a huge smile on her face.
