"What, you want me to stay home with you every day?" Arthur Lindsey's deep, ink-like eyes were still on the computer screen.
He was drafting an international merger and acquisition plan that was in its final stages.
"It's not about being with me every day; I just see you're busy all the time, with no one to share the burden, and it worries me."
What Ella Lacey said was the truth.
