Ricky Lewis and Gale Summer drove back to Bay City, and it was already 11 a.m. Ricky originally intended to take Gale directly to the hospital, but Gale insisted on going home to change her clothes first.
Last night, Ricky took her away in his car without bringing any extra clothes. And last night, while taking a bath in the bathroom, she accidentally got her clothes wet.
So, returning to Bay City today, she was still wearing the red bride's outfit Ricky gave her last night. Going to the hospital dressed like that might scare her parents to death.
Therefore, Ricky drove Gale back to Genting Manor. When they were 50 meters away from Summer's estate, Gale asked Ricky to stop the car.
"If my mum is home and she sees you dropping me off, she might get angry," Gale said apologetically to Ricky. "After all, we got married last night without their consent. I should go back alone first and work on persuading them."
