Ricky Lewis was washing vegetables in the kitchen area when he heard faint footsteps behind him. He turned around and saw Gale Summer walking to the doorway dressed in a red traditional suit.
The red traditional outfit, embroidered with golden threads forming a peony, complimented her fair skin. Under the lighting, her face was flushed, making her look especially delicate and beautiful.
"You look beautiful," he sincerely complimented.
Her cheeks turned a shade redder, and she walked over to stand by his side. She couldn't help but ask with a tinge of jealousy, "Is it the clothes that look good?"
"Hahaha," he laughed out loud, tilting his head and lowering it to kiss her blushing cheek, and softly said, "Even the prettiest clothes need to be worn by a beautiful person to truly stand out, and you are more beautiful than the clothes."
