DxD Multiverse, Heaven.

In a space filled with clouds and light, rather than walls and a floor, as impossible as that was by conventional standards, a golden throne with a seemingly unconscious seraph stood at the center of focus for dozens of angels.

His siblings could tell that Michael was not unconscious by the erratic movement of his eyes under his eyelids, as well as the occasional tear that escaped his closed eyes.

Not far from this scene, Gabriel, Raphael, and Uriel flooded Aragorn with their healing light.

It had been a few minutes since Aragorn returned from his dip into the waters of the past.

His three eyelids were closed; however, only his left eyeball seemed to fill his eye sockets.

"Why is it taking so much to heal just your eyes, Lux?" Gabriel asked, concerned. There was sweat forming over her forehead, proof of her overexertion. Uriel and Raphael were not dissimilar.

"My eyes are the most complex part of my body," Aragorn replied calmly. "It's almost done, though. Don't force yourselves dry, I'm also healing from my end."

The angelic siblings shared a look and silently agreed to give it one last push. The light intensified in brightness, its healing power peaked, and about a minute and a half later, Aragorn blinked his eyes open; they had succeeded in their task.

They released a breath and plummeted to the cloudy floor; they were spent.

"That's why I told you not to overexert yourselves," Aragorn chided with no heat to his words.

"You brought our father back, it's the minimum we could do to repay you," Uriel answered.

"Technically, I was repaying you for Asia's soul," Aragorn said. He approached the downed angels and cast revitalizing magic on them.

"Thank you, Lux." Gabriel beamed a smile full of gratefulness.

"You know, Dove," Aragorn smiled mischievously, "for your soul, I don't know if you had a mother, but I'm willing to go and bring her back."

"~Hehehe," Gabriel chuckled bashfully. "Don't be silly, Father is our only parent."

"What a tragedy," Aragorn kidded.

He reached down for Gabriel and hoisted her up by her armpits. "Thank you," Gabriel said.

With the same care he offered her, he helped Uriel and Raphael up as well. The angels, in all of their disconnection with worldly matters, didn't see anything strange with that. He helped their sister up. Why would it be strange if he helped them, too?

However, anyone who knew Aragorn, or simply someone with an observant enough eye, would understand that Aragorn was caring for them in the same way he did for Gabriel, and that was strange.

Normally, the only time when members of opposite genders are cared for equally is when they are babies—leaving aside certain niche cultural practices. However, in Aragorn's eyes, he was dealing with the lateral step of baby souls; hence, his actions were understandable.

After having helped the angels up, he turned to the heavenly host silently standing or floating around the Throne. Raphael, Uriel, and Gabriel followed his gaze.

"Your father is crazy," Aragorn said. Although his eyes were in the direction of the angels, he was peering into the metaphysical construct of Heaven's Throne and was observing as Yahweh's core stabilized and prepared for the upcoming arduous process of regeneration.

"Why so?" Gabriel asked. She knew Aragorn didn't mean it as an insult.

"He was facing your rebellious siblings while suffering the backlash of the crazy shit he did to seal Trihexa. His core was damaged from the start, his mind was unstable, his energy was beyond depleted, and his body was only keeping up appearances, probably for your sake," Aragorn said.

The listening seraphs bit their lips in frustration.

"But even then, that's not why I call him crazy," Aragorn continued. "He was in that state, and then he had the balls to interfere directly with reality and turn his body into a conceptual bomb, force reality to become his cannon and shoot his body with the weight of the universe at your siblings.

"To that point, he had done enough to get a title that read: The one with the biggest balls or the craziest. However, he decided to go that extra mile, and while his body was exploding, he used the wasted energy to add fuel to the keys to Trihexa's seal. Absolute bonkers," Aragorn said.

"..."

"..."

"..."

The three seraphs didn't know what to say. Should they express their sadness at the lengths their father went through? Should they be mad that he didn't care for himself as he had promised before he departed for the final battle? Should they be amazed by the craziness of his achievement?

"Anyways, my end of the deal has been fulfilled." Aragorn brought the angels out of their reverie. "Based on what I'm seeing, your father will need at least a decade to be able to step out of the Faith Pool, but he'll be able to communicate with you safely in a few days. You could possibly speed up the process by a year or two if you recant the support to the Sacred Gears, but I doubt he would want that, or you."

"The Sacred Gears were Father's project to safeguard humanity," Gabriel explained. "He would not want to take them away."

"I figured as much," Aragorn said. "I'll take my leave. You can find me in Urakyoto if you need anything else, or if you're willing to hand yourself over to me." Aragorn said the last part with an encouraging smile.

"Silly Lux," Gabriel chuckled.

Aragorn disappeared from the Throne of Heaven and reappeared in the Vatican to pick up Asia. The scene that welcomed him wasn't one he expected.

Instead of finding an indecisive Asia, or maybe an eager Asia, or even an Asia fearful of taking the next step, she found the clergy crying tears of faith while kneeling and praying around a glowing Asia.

"... Crazy Yahweh indeed," Aragorn commented.

It wasn't hard to piece things together for him. While he was being healed, Michael was getting Yahweh up to speed on the matters from after his death. With Yahweh connected to Heaven's System directly, he put some effort into loosening the restrictions that limited Michael. Then, either due to Yahweh's prompting or Michael's initiative, they turned Asia into the first real saintess since Yahweh's passing.

Vasco Strada heard Aragorn's comment and turned to face him with an expression that spoke greatly about the gratefulness, joy, and overflowing belief his heart was experiencing. Seeing this bull of a man smile like that to him... were it not for his beautiful soul, Aragorn would have recoiled.

Aragorn decided to put aside the smiling Violence of Heaven and called out to his nun. "Asia, can you reel inside your blessing?"

"Mr. Aragorn," Asia said, turning to him as if he were her raft in the stormy sea. With unshed tears, she said, "I don't know how to."

She tried to make way to him, but the kneeling, praying exorcists and priests were in her way. She was panicking. She heard a voice she knew was her Lord. His voice carried meaning beyond words, but she understood that he was thanking her while also blessing her departure, but before she could process this, her body erupted in holy radiance, and the situation turned into what Aragorn found.

Aragorn, miffed about the clergy causing problems for Asia, locked them in their praying position and relocated them with his telekinesis, making way for Asia.

She rushed to him and quickly hid behind him from the overzealous eyes of the clergy.

Aragorn coiled his tail around her protectively. Then he smiled towards the clergy and said, "Thank you for your saint. I have received her well," before disappearing.

Between the shocked and fuming crowd left behind, Vasco Strada broke into a boisterous laugh and said to Griselda Quarta, "You can't say our new friend doesn't know how to stir up a crowd."

"I don't think that's something to be laughing about," Griselda Quarta pointed out. "That radiance must have been felt and seen all across the Vatican. What are we supposed to tell His Holiness? That the first awakened saint in centuries was taken away right in front of our eyes?"

"Like our friend said, this is the church's territory and Heaven is Heaven's territory," Vasco Strada said. "Whatever actions are to be taken, it'll be Heaven who makes the call."

"It won't be that simple," Griselda Quarta said with an unconcealed sigh. "The matter with the holy sword's pieces will only poke at the more extremist."

Vasca Strada didn't add anything else, but he internally agreed with Griselda Quarta's estimations.

Urakyoto, Yasaka's Place.

With a flash of light, Aragorn and Asia appeared in his room. Phoenix paused her tortu—study of Ddraig's soul inside Issei's Sacred Gear. Issei shielded his eyes with his free right hand. Ophis' expression became even more vacant than it usually was. Yasaka shielded Kunou with her tails and warily gazed at the glowing saint. The room was soon filled with an unknown sense of tension.

"You!" The one who broke the tension was Ophis. She stood up and pointed accusingly at Aragorn.

"Me?" Aragorn pointed at himself with his tail. If someone asked, he would say he was an expert in understanding Ophis, but even so, he could not understand why she was suddenly pointing at him in such an emotive way.

"You changed it!" Ophis declared accusingly.

Now, that Aragorn could understand.

"Amazing, dear Ophis," Aragorn praised openly. "You noticed me even within that instant."

"Girl, could you reel in your radiance?" Phoenix interrupted while speaking to Asia.

"I don't know how," Asia said with an embarrassed and overwhelmed expression.

"Imagine a recipient inside your soul, then fill it with the 'warmth' you're feeling, and finally close the lid to the recipient," Phoenix calmly explained.

Asia nodded in thanks and closed her eyes to visualize what Phoenix explained, and soon after, her holy glow receded inside. She let out a sigh of relief and thanked Phoenix. "Thank you so much, Mister," she said.

Since Phoenix was in the presence of the pervert, she was in her male form.

"When you mentioned you were visiting the Vatican to acquire a soul, you fail to add that it was a saint's, a true saint at that," Yasaka half-glared at Aragorn. "I didn't even know there was one alive."

"He changed it," Ophis said accusingly.

Yasaka quizzically looked at Ophis before she turned to Aragorn for an explanation.

"She means that I pulled Yahweh from the past just before he perished and brought him to our present. Hence, Asia is the first saint of the new generation," Aragorn explained.

"..." Yasaka literally was left mouth agape at the absurdity.

Phoenix didn't find anything surprising; she was a being that quite literally existed in the past, present, and future because she was a Nexus of all her psionic energy.

The explanation flew over Issei's head; however, it didn't over Ddraig's. "Uhm, Ddraig exploded in anger," he said.

"[Anger doesn't begin to describe it!]" The Boosted Gear pulsed and added.

"Oh? So you could speak from inside your prison?" Phoenix snapped towards the Boosted Gear with the manic eyes of a crazy scientist.

"[... No.]" Ddraig said.

"You fucked up, Ddraig!" Issei shouted. He was miffed that Ddraig had exposed himself so stupidly.

"And you colluded with him to keep this from me," Phoenix added.

"... No." Issei looked away.

"God died?" Asia asked. Her fragile heart almost broke at Aragorn's words.

"Not anymore, that's why he blessed you," Aragorn patted her head to calm her down.

"Me?" Asia asked in disbelief.

"Who else? After all, I brought him back in exchange for you," Aragorn revealed.

"Me?" Asia asked again.

"Yes, you," Aragorn chuckled at her shocked expression.

"Mom?" Kunou nudged at her still-silent mother.

Yasaka silently wrapped her tails around her daughter and pulled her to her lap in a bundle of tails. She hugged her softly, tails and all, and rested her head atop hers.

"Could, you take me to my silence?" Ophis asked Aragorn.

"You wouldn't survive the paradox of causality," Aragorn coldly broke her dreams. "Either reality would spit you back into your time, erase you, or trap you in a loop of time and causality reversal. There is also the chance that since you're such an important part of reality, everything would implode and reality would end up resetting."

"!" Ophis pouted angrily.

"[This is place is madness.]"

Everyone ignored the Welsh Dragon.

"Alright, with tasks of the day completed, I'll go prepare dinner," Aragorn declared.

He walked to Ophis and grabbed her by the head and hoisted her to his shoulders. "What about you, Asia? What do you want to do?"

"Uhmm, I don't have any belongings," she said with a prominent blush.

"Say no more," Aragorn said. He created a female psionic clone, and this one moved to Asia before saying, "Let's go. We'll buy all the necessities a pretty thing like you needs."

Asia looked quizzically between Aragorn and the psionic clone before nodding slowly and grabbing the extended hand of the clone.

"Stop sulking, Ophis," Aragorn said. "We'll make Italian pizza today, you'll love it."

"Nn," Ophis grunted in acknowledgment. She was that easy to please.

Underworld, Gremory Residence.

"Heya, Papa-Gremory and Mama-Gremory! Did you wait long for me?" Serafall Leviathan, one of the four Satans of the Underworld, greeted the married couple effusively.

"Serafall, isn't it about time you start acting your stature?" Venelana said. Contrary to her chiding words, she smiled warmly at the satan.

"I'm all about the enthusiasm, but do keep in mind who we might encounter in Urakyoto," Zeoticus added. Like his wife, he also warmly greeted the satan.

"Even so, how can I not be eager for this meeting when Mama-gremory granted me a wish I've been desiring for so long?" Serafall's high mood continued unimpeded. "Do you know how hard it's been to establish relationships with the youkai? I've tried for so long, and after giving up, you come through unexpectedly."

Venelana and Zeoticus looked at each other with wry smiles.

Venelana said, "It's been hard on you, Serafall."

"Of course it's been!" Serafall cried out loud and threw herself at Venelana. Instinctively, Venelana wrapped her arms around the satan and patted her head. "Do you know what it's like to be the head of foreign affairs for the most hated race?" she cried.

"Yes, yes, you've done a great job," Venelana cooed.

Now, the scene would have been great for a poster about a mother trying to ease her daughter in her arms if Serafall was not so fanatically enjoying Venelana's bosom smothering her face.

Zeoticus looked down at Serafall with a flat face before clearing his throat and saying, "I didn't know you were accompanying too, Sona-chan."

"Ehh? Sona-tan?!" Serafall bounced back immediately and snapped out of Venelana's breasts, but when she turned to face her sister, she found the unamused stare of Zeoticus expecting her.

"..." His expression spoke volumes about how unamused he was.

"... Ahem! Should we depart now?" Serafall changed the topic with the grace of a one-legged kangaroo.

"Let's," Zeoticus said.

The crest of the Gremory teleportation magic circle lit up, and a moment later, the couple and satan were gone.

They reappeared near the entrance of Urakyoto, where a clearing had been made to facilitate teleportation. Aragorn in his Kyomu persona awaited them. He was dressed in a three-quarter-sleeved white shirt and black pants with black dress shoes.

Ophis in her Mugen persona, or more accurately, a psionic clone Aragorn made that matched her human persona to perfection, stood by his side, grabbing his hand, just like a father and daughter would.

"Lady Gremory, Lord Gremory, and Lady Leviathan, welcome to Urakyoto," Aragorn greeted. He bowed slightly, and Mugen mimicked him.

"Kyomu-sensei, Mugen-chan, thank you for receiving us," Venelana spoke first.

"The pleasure is all mine," Aragorn said.

"It's nice to put a face to the man who has conquered my family's stomach," Zeoticus greeted amicably. "I must confess that I include myself in the list of your victims."

"The praise of my work pleases me, Lord Gremory," Aragorn said.

"Beyond the business talks with the Youkai Faction, I'm eager to try your food, Kyomu-san," Serafall added.

"The appetizers served during the meeting are those prepared by me and my students. I hope those will be to your satisfaction, Lady Leviathan," Aragorn said. "Please follow us, we'll guide you to Yasaka-sama."

Aragorn gestured to the entrance of the pocket realm and guided the devils in.

Seeing for the first time the variety of Youkai in a landscape so classically Japanese, Zeoticus and Venelana showed surprise and wanderlust.

"Is this your first time entering Urakyoto?" Aragorn asked.

"Yes, as you must know, the relationship between the youkai and devils has been less than stellar, not in a small part to the fault of my kind," Zeoticus replied.

"I tend to keep to myself and usually am not informed of the worldly affairs, as was evidenced by my slip-up with Lady Toujou," Aragorn said. "However, Yasaka-sama took some of her valuable time to get me up to speed about the ugly history between your races."

"Yes, it was quite the tragedy to serve to bring to light the darker shadows of the Underworld," Venelana said in a somber tone. "I'm glad our cat made it out of that nightmare."

Serafall smartly decided not to comment.

"Lady Leviathan, it's my understanding that you had visited before due to matters concerning your show," Aragorn said to include the sata in their conversation.

"Yes, I've been to Kyoto a few times for my show," Serafall said, happy to move past the nekoshou massacre. "While I was filming, I approached Yasaka and she invited me to Urakyoto."

"My daughter, Mugen, is actually a huge fan of Miracle☆Levia-tan," Aragorn nudged the psionic clone.

"Oh, is that true, Mugen-chan?" Serafall turned to the little clone. However, she didn't receive the reception she expected from a child fan of hers; instead, she was met with the usual flatness of Ophis.

"... Eh?" Serafall stammered.

"Don't let it get to you, Lady Leviathan," Aragorn spoke with such casualness that it belied his inner mirth. "Mugen shows little reaction to anything that isn't sweets, doesn't she, Lady Gremory?"

"~Ara, that's true," Venelana confirmed. "The brightest smile I've seen in Mugen-chan has been after a bite of chocolate ice cream-filled churro."

"Is that so?" Serafall asked. "You're quite the interesting little fan, Mugen-chan." Serafall smiled.

Only Aragorn knew why he was creating such a misunderstanding.

They walked at an even pace toward Yasaka's residence. Along the way, the youkai, who were sensitive enough to detect the demonic power in the devils, glared openly. However, it didn't get past that.

Whether because of the power sensed from Serafall or because Yasaka had already instructed them beforehand, the devils didn't know, but it was clear that none of the Youkai were going to try something stupid.

When they finally made it to Yasaka's mansion, Aragorn parted ways with them and promised to see them off after their meeting.

The devils were led by the kitsune staff of the mansion to Yasaka's office, which was spacious enough.

At the head of a long table, Yasaka awaited them. "Please take a seat," Yasaka gestured to the other head of the table."

"Hello, Yasaka-san, it's been a while, hasn't it?" Serafall took the seat and greeted with familiarity.

"That it has," Yasaka assented. "I did not expect to meet again under such amicable circumstances, much less in an official manner."

Venelana and Zeoticus sat on the sides of Serafall's seat.

"You must be the Gremory," Yasaka said to the married couple.

"It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance," Zeoticus greeted. Venelana nodded.

"It's quite the curious thing that your chef has enough pull to facilitate this meeting, isn't it?" Serafall said, fishing for information.

"That's because he is only my chef because he doesn't want to be anything more," Yasaka replied with a scoff. "You must have sensed it, right? Kyomu-san is just as powerful as I am."

"So it's a character peculiarity," Serafall said in realization.

"That it is," Yasaka agreed. "That aside, did you decide to accompany Lady Gremory to get something out of this deal?" Yasaka smiled foxily.

"I won't deny that this has been something I've been pursuing, you know that much," Serafall openly admitted. "But I'm not looking to gain something out of the deal; the agreement itself is gain enough."

"Ties with my faction?" Yasaka asked.

"Yes," Serafall affirmed without concealment.

"It won't be that simple, you must know," Yasaka added dismissively. "There's enough youkai blood between us to paint the streets of my city red. A trade agreement between youkai and devils won't solve a grudge so deeply ingrained."

"I know it won't. The bad blood between our people goes beyond what I would like to accept, but at least it's a positive step," Serafall said.

"A positive step? Maybe," Yasaka said. "But it's not one we need, is it?"

"What do you mean?" Serafall asked, though she had an idea of what Yasaka was getting at.

"My faction was dismissed by even the deities we worship; ties with us would not have benefited your devils, and now, ties with devils do not benefit my youkai. While a positive step towards peace and reparations between our factions is good on paper, now we don't need to take that step," Yasaka plainly exposed the Youkai Faction's standing.

"... Because of Ophis?" Serafall asked.

"Mhmm," Yasaka nodded.

Serafall went silent. She knew that the only factor the devils brought to the table was strength, but that went to the wind with Ophis protecting the Youkai Faction.

"Lady Yasaka, if making ties with the Devil Faction is not to your liking," Venelana interjected. "What about with the Gremory Clan?"

"~Ara? As in not the devil race but your clan alone?" Yasaka asked with an amused cadence.

"There's much the Gremory clan has to offer from the business side, and the Gremory have never been involved with the slavery of youkai since the time of our ancestor, Runeas Gremory. Additionally, to smooth matters out with your people, the possibly last of the nekoshou is, by her own will, my daughter's rook," Zeoticus followed up on Venelana's pitch.

"And you, what would you stake as guarantee that your clan is different from the rest?" Yasaka asked.

"Our daughter and her peerage would be eager to be the point of contact for this trade agreement," Venelana replied.

"You would gamble with your daughter's life?" Yasaka admired their ruthlessness.

"It's not much of a gamble when we know the members of our clan are clean," Zeoticus said.

"Needless to say, she would be safer under the umbrella of the Infinite Dragon God than she ever was in the town she managed, so from our perspective, this arrangement would be an upgrade," Venelana added.

Yasaka stared at the married devils for a moment before smiling.

"Ok," she replied concisely.

━━━━━━━ ● ━━━━━━━

While the devils and Yasaka dealt with the finer details of their trade agreement, Aragorn and Ophis were observing the absolute beatdown Phoenix was imparting on Issei under the disguise of training.

"When you kick forward, you don't kick at your enemy, you kick through them, you don't see them, you see the space behind them, you don't target them, they're an obstacle between you and your real target, they're in the way and you have to try to step through them, on them, or step them away with your kick," Phoenix preached.

"Asia, please heal the kid," Aragorn instructed.

"Mr. Phoenix, healing on the way," Asia cheerfully said out loud before rushing to the downed pervert. She was wearing clothing other than her nun habit. She sported a green flowing skirt and a white flowery blouse.

{A/N: Dear Patreon, the Asia in these pictures is 18+ years old. There's no teenager in these pictures, obviously.}

"A-Asia-chan," Issei, acting the part of crumbling dust, voiced out after the healing radiance of Asia's smile brought him back from the realm of the dead.

"You can do it, Issei-kun!" Asia cheered for him. Two silver rings manifested on her middle fingers, and a green healing light shone on Issei's wounds.

"An angel," Issei said with a half lecherous and half blessed expression.

"Asia, try to use your new blessing while you heal," Aragorn said out loud.

"Mmmm, like this?" Asia said as she imagined the lid in the container open slightly.

Golden wisps mixed with the green healing light, and Issei was completely healed a couple of seconds later.

"This," Issei opened and clenched his hand in surprise. "You're amazing, Asia-chan!" He beamed her a smile. Asia smiled back.

It was a scene of the hero and the saint binding, except that Issei's delusions were interrupted by Ddraig's voice.

"[Fool! Why do you think that petty dragon shared such a helpful tip?]"

"W-What's wrong?" Issei stammered while slowly turning to Aragorn.

"It appears Ddraig has all the brains in your partnership," Aragorn said while smiling viciously. Issei's butthole clenched in fright.

With the same sadistic smirk, he turned to Phoenix and said, "Now you don't have to worry about keeping his limbs attached to his body. Asia's blessed healing should be able to even heal some superficial soul wounds."

"That's good to know," Phoenix said with equal parts sadism and joy.

"Wa-Wa- Why?!" Issei cried out loud while glaring at Aragorn.

"Asia is mine. Who told you to pollute her with that filthy smile of yours?" Aragorn said matter-of-factly.

"Uhmm, Mr. Aragorn, what smile are you talking about?" Asia asked, clueless as she was, innocent and naive.

"Worry not, my dear little nun," Aragorn made a pulling motion with his tail, and Asia flew all over to his side. She yelped at the sudden loss of gravity. "Let's cheer for our friend Issei," Aragorn said.

Asia nodded; she felt that Issei needed the support. "You can do it, Issei!" she cheered enthusiastically.

"Yes, Issei, you can do it!" Aragorn smiled at the trembling Issei while pointing at Phoenix behind him. He turned back slowly and shrieked at the two swords in Phoenix's hands.

"[BOOST!]" Issei and Ddraig shouted.

"Favor evasion and parrying over defending!" Phoenix exclaimed before making a downward slash with her left hand and a piercing stab with her right.

"HIECK! HOW CAN I EVADE THAT?!" Issei wailed.

"Will he be alright?" Asia asked, concerned.

"Even though it looks bloody, Phoenix is holding back enough to just bring him to his absolute limit," Aragorn explained.

"I'll make sure to heal him," Asia declared with a determined expression.

"They are coming," Ophis said in a monotone before covering Aragorn and Phoenix with her power.

The sliding door to the training grounds opened, and the seals keeping the energies and auras sealed inside graced the senses of the guests.

Yasaka stepped forward in a casual manner; she was used to Aragorn, Phoenix, and Ophis, even if they remained as terrifying as always.

However, the devils didn't fare as well. Robotically, Serafall and Zeoticus stepped forward, followed by Venelana.

To their senses, Phoenix and Aragorn appeared as dragons comparable to their satans bathed in Ophis' power, giving the impression of being her subordinates.

Issei radiated an unequivocal draconic aura. It was different from Ophis, but they didn't have to wonder whose dragon it belonged to after they recognized the Boosted Gear covering his left arm.

And then there was Asia. She unassumingly was the one after Ophis who drew the most of their attention. It almost stung to lay their eyes on her.

They were all experienced devils, they fought in the Civil War, they've encountered their number of angels, and Serafall had encountered the Seraphs multiple times. Hence, they all knew what an angel felt like.

Even then... The feeling of antithesis that Asia radiated eclipsed that of any angels they had met. It wasn't that she was strong; Venelana, the weakest of them, could have ended Asia in one leg with her hands tied behind her back. The problem was that it felt almost prickly to be in her presence.

"Ophis-sama, do you have the time to introduce you to our new partners?" Yasaka asked with a deferential demeanor.

Ophis, acting the part, turned expressionlessly to the devils and stared at them for a moment before turning back to observe Issei's beating.

Taking that as agreement, Yasaka continued. "These are Venelana and Zeoticus Gremory. We've signed a trade agreement for some of the wares we import from Takamagahara; their daughter Rias Gremory and her peerage will act as our point of contact."

"Nn," Ophis nodded.

"This agreement was signed under the sponsorship of Serafall Leviathan, one of the four satans of the Underworld," Yasaka finished.

Ophis nodded with disinterest.

That was it. That was all Yasaka needed to finalize setting the biggest deterrent possible for the Youkai Faction.

She guided the stunned devils out, and Aragorn in his Kyomu persona awaited them to guide them outside. However, the devils were still processing all that they had seen, so only Venelana was able to hold a conversation with him.

"Were you able to replicate the recipe from last class with the ingredients I left, Mrs. Gremory?" Aragorn addressed her in the less formal tone he used during his classes.

Sigh "Kyomu-sensei, can you believe that that girl of mine got a head start the day after and used all of the ingredients with Koneko?" Venelana groaned goodheartedly.

It was an inane conversation that added nothing to anything, but it was what became the background sound of their trip to the teleportation area.

Aragorn waved goodbye to the devils, and that was the last image of their trip.

Back in the underworld, after the light of the teleportation crest died down, Serafall exclaimed, "What was that girl?"
