School was fun. And by that I mean not at all. But now I have something else to look forward to. Hours of fighting monster. Woo.
Time skip to 11:59
Everything Blacked out. Then light came and I was there again. Right where I left off. On that bench, resting.
I got up and opened the door. Now there was no longer many platforms to follow, but just a large field. There was a cobblestone path leading somewhere. I took out my weapon and followed it.
Along that path, all I heard was the swaying of the long, dry grass. I continued following it till I got to A bench. And facing away from me was the silhouette guy from before. Now that I think I know who it is I tap him with the other end of my sword.
"Hello Lillian." He says in the most dark and creepy voice I've ever heard.
It startled me enough to aim my sword, no longer as dual blades, right at him. He gets up and faces towards me. Color starts flowing into his body and now I can see every feature of his. And I was right, it was Blake. The new kid. Where is the other one though?
"You may be wondering how I did such a cool thing like making myself nothing but a silhouette?"
Before I even get the chance to say something he continues...
"I used magic." He said, then turned back around. "And now you must follow me.
Because I could not care less, I just did as he said. Not like I had anything better to do. We continued past the bench, past the dry grass field, and to...another door.
He knocked 3 times and in opened. Not how you would think though. It was like a gate rising up. There was dust floating everywhere now and we both started coughing.
I peered inside only to see another silhouette. I could guess who it is but just to be sure I walked up to them and took a closer look. Soon I could see the colors returning to them. And as soon as I saw the purple tips I was sure it was them, Moss.
Now all three of us were just there, sitting blankly. Well, to be more specific I was there sitting blankly as the other two were talking about something. I started looking around me. It seems like an abandoned library of some sort. Dusty shelves, A half broken ladder off to the side and a few books sprinkled here and there.
I got up to look at one of them and noticed something odd. The language was not that of our world. But I guess that sort of makes sense since we technically were in a whole other world. I continued taking in the details of this place until Blake started talking to me.
"So, how good are you with that sword?" he asked with an annoyingly mischievous smile plastered on his face.
And once again he must have noticed my face of confusion because he continued talking.
"I'm asking because were we are going there are a lot of those creatures so you better be good with that sword on your back." he finished.
"Yes, I'm good with the sword. And I've been fighting those things since I was 13. I've had experience." I said getting up and getting the sword ready by separating them into the dual blades.
"Woah- back up. You have been sent to the Midnight World since you were 13??? Me and Moss here have only been here for like...A year and a half. You've had more than double the experience of us and that's not exactly a good thing." he said with his mischievous smile replaced by shock.
I nodded then asked "Can we go now?".
We all left and I followed them to wherever it is they were taking me. I followed them until we got to this wall. We hid behind it and formed a plan. For what, you may be wondering. Well its for the many monsters that lurk quietly right past this wall.
" We need to get to the other side. There's 3 of us and 15 or so of them." he said.
I looked at him and am just noticing he has a weapon. So does Moss. So I guess were good then.
