They resumed the search with quiet urgency. They spread across the marble chamber to comb every shadow and corner for something that could resemble a sealed gateway. Rama's clue had been clear, they needed to find a place where light didn't reach and that must be some dark corner.
Ten minutes passed, maybe more. In a place like this time stretched unnaturally. But nothing surfaced.
Not a loose tile, not a hidden switch, or even a breeze from another place behind the walls. The glowing runes and crystals lit the chamber in gentle brilliance, revealing pristine stone but no clear path forward for them.
Frustration began to build.
"This room's too clean," Shoji muttered. "We've scoured every wall twice now."
"There has to be something," Kira said. "We wouldn't be brought here just to hit a dead end. And I know that your friend have some crazy accurate divining abbility."
Shoji cleared his throat on that and continue searching.
