Chapter 138 - chapter-137

"Ahhhh~" with a long yawn, Ochako wiped her eyes clear of dirt. She, along with her other classmates, was leaving their temporary rooms, gathered with Class B in front of a large meadow. Their respective teachers, the Pussycats, and the three professional heroines, watched as the sun rose on the horizon.

"Getting a teenager up so early is going against nature, old man," Kirishima grumbled, bending his back until it cracked.

"Will we at least have breakfast?" asked the brown girl with the mushroom hairstyle from Class B, her tone shy.

"Yes, I'm hungry," chimed in Mt. Lady, disheveled and sporting dark circles under her eyes. It seemed the students weren't the only ones struggling with the early hour.

"It's 6 am, and we're about to start the day. We'll be doing what we should be doing in this place..." Aizawa spoke lazily, his appearance as disheveled as ever. "In the nearly six months you've been at UA, you've shown your value and skill in facing threats. But we still have a problem..." He took a ball from his pocket and tossed it at Bakugo. "Show us how much you've improved, Bakugo. Throw it, and we'll see."

"..." With a serious expression, the explosive blonde stepped away from the group. He stretched his arms, grabbed the ball forcefully, clenched his teeth, tensed his muscles, and threw it with force. "To hell!" With a loud explosion, the ball soared through the skies and disappeared into the forest.

"950 meters?" Aizawa blinked in confusion, looking curiously at the teenager, who seemed upset by the result. "Apparently, Bakugo hasn't stopped training and pushing his quirk since his battle against the Uzumaki boy. If that's the case, it's no surprise he's improved. But it seems he only wants to surpass and defeat the Uzumaki." With a more thoughtful look, Aizawa pocketed his phone. "Some may be impressed by Bakugo's feat, but this is only the tip of the iceberg. You can not only improve mentally and physically, but also your quirks by pushing them to the extreme, so they become stronger…"

Several of the teenagers exchanged curious glances at the explanation, but they had to focus on Ryukyu, who had stepped forward. "It may sound complicated, but it's just a matter of finding exercises to strengthen your quirks. However, you can rest assured," she said reassuringly. "We are here to help you. Now, let's organize your training sessions so you can train properly." Many of the students felt reassured by the almost motherly smile the dragon heroine gave them.

"Excuse me, Ryukyu-sensei," Jirou raised her hand among the crowd of teenagers. All eyes turned to her. "But Uzumaki-san and Midoriya are missing." As she spoke, several realized that two of their classmates were absent.

"They've been training for an hour." Before anyone could ask what the quirk-erasing pro-hero was referring to, rumbling sounds emanated from the trees, drawing closer to their location. As the noise approached, Naruto suddenly appeared in front of the group, holding a bell in his right hand and reading a book with his gaze fixed on it.

"Tired, Midoriya?" Naruto called out, suddenly crouching to avoid a greenish flash. It was Deku, breathing heavily and covered in sweat. Failing to catch the bell, he skidded across the grass, coming to a stop just a few meters from his master.

"No!" With a determined scream, the green-haired boy's One for All aura slightly intensified as he sprinted towards the shinobi to snatch the bell from his hand. But Naruto just turned the page and disappeared in a burst of speed, darting away through the trees. Izuku strained his body to the maximum, following closely behind.

"..." None of the other students knew what to say, but witnessing one of their own training so intensely inspired them to train harder and not fall behind.

"Those two have been training for an hour. I hope you have the same enthusiasm as them," Aizawa said calmly, surveying the determined students.

"Hai!" came the resounding reply.

…..

The hours passed, and all the UA students pushed themselves to overcome their own limits, striving to improve their quirks under the strict supervision of the four Pussycats, the two class teachers, and the three professional heroines. However, during the break, several noticed that two students were still training hard.

"Ahg!" Izuku cried out in pain as he felt a hard kick to his stomach, sending him flying several meters back before landing painfully on the ground. Slowly getting back up, he faced his sensei, who stood with arms crossed and a stern expression.

"We've been sparring for three hours. I've only been using my left arm, Midoriya. When you face future villains, they won't be as merciful as me," warned Uzumaki seriously. Thin greenish rays covered his student as Izuku attacked again. The blonde easily dodged a kick aimed at his face and sidestepped a punch to his chest. Extending his arm, he struck the green-haired student on the back of the head, sending him crashing to the ground. "Again..."

"Hai!" Deku jumped to his feet, launching another barrage of blows and kicks, all blocked by Naruto using only one hand. Remaining serious, the Uzumaki crouched as the green-haired boy attempted a spinning kick. Instead, Naruto jumped and delivered a kick to Deku's face, sending him flying several meters.

"Again..." Naruto ordered, arms still crossed, as he watched the freckled teenager stand up and wipe the blood from his mouth.

"Hai!" Despite staggering, Deku rose to attack once more.

"How rude," commented Kirishima, who stood next to Ojiro while drinking water after their own fight, which seemed like child's play compared to the intensity of the Uzumaki and Midoriya's training.

"Don't you think it's a bit excessive? Deku is getting hurt..." Ochako expressed concern as she sat with Tsuyu, both observing the training session. They weren't the only ones troubled by the intensity of the class's most insecure and clumsy boy's training.

"And I thought Tiger-sensei was tough," remarked one of the students from Class B to their classmates, who grimaced as they watched Deku repeatedly take hits without landing a single blow on the Uzumaki. "But this guy is like a sadist," he added, wincing as Deku was once again sent flying by a powerful blow to his chest, landing near Ryukyu, Mirko, and the Pussycats.

"I think that's enough," Ryukyu attempted to assist the green-haired teenager to his feet, seeing how injured he already was. But before she could help, Deku stood up on his own, showing signs of great fatigue as he faced his opponent once more, a determined smile on his face.

"I can do it! I can hit you, sensei!" Ignoring the fearful glances from some of his peers, Deku stood before the Uzumaki once again. "10%!" Pushing himself to his limit, he strained to increase his muscle mass slightly, causing the greenish aura surrounding him to shine more brightly. "Here I come!" With a burst of speed, Deku dashed forward, jumping to extend his right arm and prepare himself for the challenge.

*Apparently, he still struggles to maintain a one-on-one fight; his movements can become predictable,* Naruto thought calmly, preparing to block the punch. However, at the last second, he blinked in intrigue when the green-haired boy turned and delivered a horizontal kick. Naruto managed to block it, but it caused him to fall to the ground, with Deku backhanding his left arm, which Naruto had caught in his grip.

*I need to force him to use both hands,* Midoriya thought, raising his knee in an attempt to strike his teacher. But Naruto blocked it with his left hand, while Midoriya, using his two free hands, launched a barrage of blows.

Smirking, Naruto dodged the blows by moving his head from side to side. For the first time that day, he was forced to take a few steps back. Using his only free hand, he deflected the blows. "It's time to finish..." With a more serious expression, he struck Deku hard in the face in a single swift motion.

Dazed, the freckled teenager fell backwards. "No..." Placing his hands on the ground, he experienced a surge of adrenaline. To everyone's surprise, Deku kicked, aiming directly at the shinobi's chin, but Naruto managed to block it once again.

"Ahg..." Naruto grunted as he felt a hard blow to his stomach from Deku, who, standing on his head, pushed himself up with his right hand, raising himself a few centimeters from the ground. With his free hand, he successfully struck his master.

Seizing the ankle of the freckled teenager, the blonde spun and hurled his student against the ground. The impact created a small crater, and the aura of One for All slowly faded. "Not bad..." Naruto admitted, satisfied with his student's performance.

"Thank you... sensei," the green-haired boy responded, wincing in pain as he tried to rise. Upon seeing Naruto's outstretched hand, he smiled, accepting the help to stand up.
