Sophie Sullivan clenched her teeth. "I'll do the talking myself."
"Speak."
Sophie raised her arm, her delicate fingers grasping aimlessly in the sky. "Let me get up first."
Thomas Shannon grabbed her hand and pulled her up.
Sophie took a breath, then glared at him resentfully. "Weren't you the one who instructed it? Minimus Hart didn't give me rice or water, enslaved me, beat and scolded me..."
"Are you sure?"
"You don't believe me, so what's the point of me saying anything? Just let me die of illness! Don't pretend to care about my treatment." Sophie angrily got up and walked out.
Thomas Shannon called after her, "Maniac, stop right there!"
Sophie ignored him and quickly left the bedroom.
Stepping out of the bedroom, she saw Minimus Hart standing outside the door and smiled coldly. "I didn't die. That must be disappointing for you, right?"
Minimus Hart looked up. Seeing Thomas Shannon, who had appeared behind her unnoticed, her eyes flashed. "Young Master."
