Kai Syaoran saw this and understood it was time for war. There was no going back. He sent a message to his sect, then threw his sect master's token at the Myriad Palace. The structure, created with shards of space, absorbed the token and began glowing with dimensional power, clearly trying to open a large portal.
Everyone in the hall understood that the war had officially begun.
