Aria Jackson accidentally injured her arm, and her boss gave her two weeks off.
It just so happened that Purple Summers was handling a legal case for Hans Geoffrey, with the execution date for his death penalty drawing nearer. Purple needed a lot of help, so with nothing else to do, Aria decided to lend a hand.
Later, when Hans Geoffrey's case reached a pause, and she'd almost finished her medication, she was hesitating whether to ask someone to help her get more meds when Hudson Chester suddenly called.
Aria felt a little guilty...
She thought Hudson would blame her for not personally going for her follow-up appointment, making her seem irresponsible, since the doctor needed to check the healing of her wound in addition to prescribing medication.
