After replacing the chip, Steve sprinted out, an excited smile on his face as he exclaimed, "Natasha, you're amazing! You actually brought in Charles Doyle!"
"Sam, I need a lift!"
Sam immediately flew toward Steve's location on the helicarrier and replied, "Copy that. Just let me know when you're ready."
Natasha chuckled at this moment, finally understanding why Selene earlier mentioned she was lucky.
Even Hill, inside the broadcasting room, felt entirely reassured now. With the Ninja Immortal, Charles Doyle, the magical world's supreme Merlin present, no Hydra super soldiers stood a chance.
Steve leaped off the helicarrier, shouting, "I'm ready!"
Falcon, spotting Steve Rogers jumping down from the carrier, swooped in and grabbed his arm, pulling him upward.
"Ahh!"
Quickly, Sam carried Steve to the deck of Helicarrier C. Once they landed, Sam retracted his wings and joked, "You're heavier than you look."
Steve, catching his breath, responded, "I had a big breakfast."

After getting rid of the enhanced agents, Charles looked at the helicarrier beneath his feet. It seemed like he could claim this entire helicarrier as a war trophy if he simply removed all living beings aboard.
As for the Pym Particles needed to shrink it, Charles figured they could be obtained through future collaborations with the Sand Village. Once acquired, the helicarrier could be reduced and stored in his collection room.
With this plan in mind, Charles sprang into action, creating multiple shadow clones to scour the helicarrier. Any Hydra agents encountered were either slain on the spot or flung off the carrier.

Meanwhile-
Steve and Sam were walking across the deck of Helicarrier C when Bucky suddenly appeared, ramming into Steve with great force. The impact sent Steve crashing through the railing and off the deck.
The sudden turn of events caused Sam to shout in alarm, "Steve!"
He immediately deployed his wings and leaped off to rescue him.
However, Bucky grabbed hold of one of Sam's wings mid-flight and yanked him back up with brute force.
"Ahh!"
Sam flipped mid-air to regain balance, then extended the twin SMGs from his wings and opened fire at Bucky.
"Rat-a-tat-tat-tat!"
Bucky dodged with a quick spin and jumped behind a nearby structure for cover, evading the bullets.
Seeing Bucky take cover, Sam retracted his SMGs and flew off again to aid Steve.
But in the next instant, Bucky stepped out and fired a grappling hook at Sam.
"Whoosh!"
The hook latched onto one of Sam's wings, and Bucky yanked with all his strength, pulling Sam out of the air.
"Boom!"
Sam crashed onto the deck, groaning in pain. Without any physical enhancements, Sam's body was as vulnerable as an average person's.
Bucky retracted the grappling hook and yanked hard, tearing off one of Sam's wings.
Then, charging forward, he kicked the recovering Sam off the helicarrier.
"Ahhh!"
As Sam spiraled through the air, screaming, he jettisoned his remaining mechanical wing and quickly deployed a parachute. He managed to land safely on a helipad atop the Triskelion.
Breathing heavily, Sam immediately called out, "Cap, Cap, are you okay?"
Steve, meanwhile, was clinging to the edge of the helicarrier's engine, struggling to climb back up.
"Copy that. I'm still on the helicarrier," he replied, his voice strained, "Where are you?"
Sam looked up at the massive helicarrier overhead and responded, "I landed on the Triskelion. My suit's wrecked. Sorry."
"Don't worry. I've got this," Steve reassured him.
Above, Bucky spotted Steve clinging to the engine. Realizing Steve's destination was the chip room, he immediately moved to intercept him.
At the same time, four enhanced Hydra agents began converging on the helicarrier's deck.

Inside the Triskelion-
Alarms blared as panicked administrative and technical staff rushed to evacuate the building.
Rumlow moved cautiously through the halls, taking out four S.H.I.E.L.D. agents with brutal efficiency.
His earpiece crackled to life with an urgent report from his team, "Sir, the council has been taken over."
Rumlow glanced around to ensure he wasn't being watched and asked, "Details?"
"The Black Widow is up there," came the reply.
Rumlow's expression hardened as he said, "I'm heading up now."
He quickly made his way toward the upper floors via the emergency stairwell.

Broadcast Room-
Hill, monitoring the situation through the surveillance system, noticed Rumlow on the move. She immediately called out, "Falcon?"
"What's up?" Sam replied.
"Rumlow is heading toward the council chambers."
Sam, now removing the remnants of his damaged suit, responded, "I'm on it. Make sure backup is on the way."
…
Helicarrier C-
Steve arrived at the chip room but came to an abrupt halt. Before him stood five hydra members.
Bucky stood at the forefront, flanked by four large, muscular agents behind him.
Steve locked eyes with Bucky and said, "People will die, Bucky. I can't stand by and let that happen. Please don't make me do this."
Without turning back, Bucky replied coldly, "Hold your positions. I'll handle him."
Steve realized there was no reasoning with his old friend. Without hesitation, he hurled his shield.
Whoosh!
Clang!
Bucky raised his metal arm and deflected the incoming shield with ease, sending it spinning back toward Steve.
