Chapter 77 Region of Frost VIII: Trouble Within II
The sparring around the arena ceases when she steps into the ring with Sir Kulakov. The men and women who were happily sparring eyes gather on them. Intense curiosity filling them.
"How do you want to do this? Videle. No Videle?" Zarracen questions. Sir Kulakov smirks.
"No Videle of course." He leans from one side to another in a stretch.
Zarracen grins. Excitement boiling in her blood. She does her own little stretch as she watches Sir Kulakov get in a stance. His posture diagonally set left leg faced forward with legs shoulder length apart—in a squatted position. His arms held up following the position of his legs.
The hands were the most interesting part of his stance. They were not closed fists. Two fingers on his left hand: the index and the middle finger together pointed forwards with the thumb open. His ring and little finger closed. His right hand open. Palm facing up already prepped for an open handed block.
