"Make sense. Heard a lot of people from those two city eat a lot of spicy hot pot... Here's some more."
As Leyan puts a new plate of spicy dumplings down, Houqin easily finishes it before she stops her from asking Xiaoyun to make another plate.
"I-I'm full."
"That's good, that's good. But you need to eat more, though, okay? You're too skinny for someone who's this tall..."
Watching Houqin nodding her head over and over again, Xiaoyun couldn't help but feel as if a mother was disciplining her daughter.
"Houqin, she's right. You're a little too skinny. I could see your bones on your shoulder pointing out."
"Okay... I'll try my best to eat more."
"Who's eating more? What are you all talking about?"
As Shuli walked into the kitchen, she saw Leyan standing right in front of a seated Houqin and Xiaoyun, with empty plates before them.
"Talking about Houqin. Don't you think she's a little too skinny? Especially when you factor in how tall she is."
