OUTSIDE OF THE FOREST

LIAM P.O.V.
We are now outside the forest, after we deafeted the large rouge demon and my encounter with the demon Cain. Jeanne Claire and Kay were curios of what was happening with me, Jeanne was woried for me as she was checking if I was fine.
Kay was moslty irritated and kept asking me How to met with Cain. Even Claire showed some concer on her face. After Aurora and Rey calmed everyone down we all explained the situation to them, how I got the system the accident with [Cain demonic flame], the dungeon and now also this meeting with him, where I explained his intention and mottive.
After I explained the situation to them, they were schocket. "I'm sorry guys for keeping this a secret from all of you. I thought that it would be to dangerous if more people were to know about the system." Jeanne immediatly hugged me reassuring me. "It's alright Liam, we understand. Remember you can always ask for our help." I'm happy to know that they still are on my side. Maybe I should have told them from the begging.
Well not like I can change the past so let's keep foward.
A FEW DAYS AFTER.
everything returned to normal I restarted my training again with Aurora and Rey, only this time Jeanne would join us for training almost daily. Claire pretty much is the same wereas Kay continued to avoid me and it seems like as if he hates me more now, I really need to talk with him about it. For now I better focus in becoming stroger, on that side one thing changed, the daily quest from the system upgreated.

I don't know what brought this change but if it help me grow stronger then the better.
I decided it was time for me and Kay to talk things out. I send him a message to meet in one of the training facilieties after class. I'm not even sure if he will come but better trying then not.
AFTER CLASS SOME TIME LATER
(I have been waiting for 30 minutes now I don't think he will come but I better wait five more minutes-) before I could finish my though Kay entered the room with a gym bag on him and working out clothes on. He didn't notice me in the beging, but when he did he was schocked.
"YOU!? WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!?" Exclaimed him with an irrataded tone, "What do you mean? I told you I would be here to talk with you, you have also confirmed in the message." I then showed him our conversation on the phone where I told him to meet at this place and that he answered with an {ok}. He started to panic as he searched on his phone, but resagned when he saw the same result.
"Forget it I have nothing to talk." Said him as he put his bag on the side and start some warm up, while ignoring me. "Fine then hear me out at least." "I wont" said him quickly I started to get mad and decided to ask my question anyway "Why do you hate me? Did I made you mad in some way? Can I make it up to you in some way?". He stopped doing his warm up, to look at me with a face twisted in anger. "Do you really want to know why?" he was starting to get more agitated. "I can't stand people like you, who goes around all happy and sunshine!" (D-did I really look like that?)
"And I can't stand the fact that you are better then me with magic and that you got chosen by Cain!!" (Wait...) "W-what are you talking about, you are much better then me in magic. You have a better control over it then me and you can fight better then m-" "SHUT UP!!!!" Kay shout made me stop talking "I may be better now but when I became a demon i had difficulty with everything from connecting to using mana to fighting...Hell I couldn't even sprout my wings for months..."
"Kay...." "look at you instead, you connected with mana the same day as you got transformed. you also learned to use the wings way quicker then me. I can't stand it." I started to understand why he was mad at now, I also felt a little guilty. But it's not my fault.
"I'm sorry if I made feel this way Kay, but this is not my fault. We just learn differently, still I'-" "I know....I know it's not your fault, it's just that I mad at myself." "Why are you mad I got chosen by the demon Cain? Did you want to be is vessel?" I asked him direclty. Aurora told me that all the demon stayed away from him and his researche. In fact once he got sealed away the demon destroyed everything related to him even his researche on the demonic fire.
"It's because of his fire. His version of demonic fire is stronger then any other races. I wanted to learn it, I want to become stonger than ever." I smiled a little seeing is determination in his eyes. The determination of wanting to become stronger. "I get that feeling. The one you have were you know you can do more, even at your limit." He's eye wideden as he looked at me. "Y-you get it?" Kay asked me. "Yes I do. Especialy when I look at other and you training and fighting, I feel like I'm a burden that I can't keep up." I actualy feel like that sometimes, it's bother me but part of me still think it's true.
"So...peace?" I ask him reaching my hand. He streacht his hands as we then shakes our hands togheter. "Yes peaces..." We finnaly pachet things up, it would have been troublesome if we went on a mission togheter and we still would be bickering. I asked him if I could stay with him to train togheter in hand to hand combat, he accepted. After I streched for few minutes I equiped my guantles "Woah, since when you had those?" He asked me he never saw those. I quickly explained him that I got them as a reward from a dungeon. "Wait why do you want to learn hand to hand? Don't you use a sword?" "Well yes but there may be situation where I can't use it. And I thingh it's always good to know how to trow a punch and a kikcs." I answered, he nodded at my explanation, he then started to show how to trow some simple punch and kicks.
He also explained how to channel mana in to my attacks to make it stronger, the progess is the same as I use to pour mana into a weapon with less step. We stopped after an hour of training, while we were recovering I showed him the [cain demon fire] So that he could study it to then go on his own. After we recovered I went home exhausted, I greeted my parents then I took a shower we had dinner together, after I went to sleep the day was long and tiring let's see what the futer has for us.

P.O.V. NARRATOR
"So it's decided...we will give this mission to this 8 people" Said the voice of a clouded fugure in dark room, inside there were other clouded individual, that were having a meeting regading something. All this people were sitted around a table, and on said table there were different filles and documents. "Good will give the information tommorow, we are done for today meeting adjourned." then all the figures stood up and went in different direction dissapiring.
