Quiet Flame began to speak, only for his words to freeze. He shook his head.
"I hope for you to reconsider this," Quiet Flame said.
Atticus frowned intently. 'He avoided answering the question.' Atticus noted.
"I won't," Atticus said, standing up from his throne. "Is that all?"
Quiet Flame let out a deep sigh. "Yes. That is all. I suggest you prepare for the ascension day tomorrow."
Atticus turned to look at Quiet Flame. The latter's eyes burned with white flames, and he stared at Atticus, calm.
"Alright." Atticus nodded, vanishing from the space.
He returned back to his continent, expression serious.
'His tone…' Atticus shook his head. The feelings still lingered strong, but he decided not to focus on things that were out of his control.
He continued his training and soon enough, Atticus felt another call. But this time around, it was from Noctis. Anastasia was calling for him.
