The two just stand there under the moonlight for a few seconds before Isla's face starts turning red as she realizes that she just told someone she just met a few days ago that she loves him.
And anyone with some common sense would know that's a big no-no.
Isla also realizes that she clearly messed up by uttering those words, even though they are her truest feelings.
'Oh my god! What have I done? What if he thinks I am weird, or worse, crazy...' Isla starts panicking on the inside, and even though she is half right about Adam thinking she is crazy, she really doesn't have to panic.
She quickly backs away from him while her mind tries to come up with all sorts of reasons to undermine what she just said to him.
Adam turns around to look at her, only to see Isla panicking about the statement she just made.
