Noel PoV
Farid walked inside and a few people started peeking out. One of them was one of the kids from earlier, a girl who couldn't have been more than ten. She cautiously approached the unicorns, her eyes wide with awe.
"Oh, you should take your wagon to the caravanserai," Farid called out as he glanced over his shoulder. "This inn only has room for guests." He pointed at one of the large buildings I noted earlier.
I nodded. "We will."
"Allow me to handle it, Eumhun said, climbing into the driver's seat."
The girl reached out to touch the unicorn's mane, but her mother rushed out and pulled her back, whispering something in her ear. The girl pouted, her eyes still fixed on the unicorn.
Farid laughed. "Calm down, Aaliyah. Those unicorns seem well-behaved."
Aaliyah looked at him, then at us, her fear slowly giving way to curiosity. "Farid, didn't you say that those dogs from the north were..."
