Raikū PoV
As I sat by myself under one of Great Tree of Luneze's large branches, I decided to take a nap.
As I did, I felt my conscious leave my body. The next thing I knew, I saw a great tree in front of me that dwarfed the Grand Tree.
Behind me was darkness, but in front of me was a great light eminating from the tree. I kicked my legs, pushing myself up what felt like murky water, drawing closer to one of spheres giving off the light. As I swam upward, I saw dark creatures heading toward the spheres. They looked like the lampreys in the academy's aquarium. Except, these ones had more eyes. Eyes that made a chill ran down my body. This place was eerie, wherever it was.
A prickling sensation crept across my skin as the dark creatures continued to slither through the murky waters, their many eyes glinting maliciously as they focused on the spheres of light.
