Chapter 3 - 3 - School Life

Soon the class break arrived.

Some students race to the court because the first to arrive were the ones who could use it.

I was particularly very good at most sports, but they didn't allow me to play with them.

Therefore, I was part of the other part of students that just hang out around school with friends.

Me, Luck, and Stella usually just stay near the court watching the people playing while talking. They were also so good at sports that were excluded by them because they "spoiled" the fun.

Stella Hiperfelt. She is from another class in our year. She also came from a mysterious background to all students, just like me, and came wearing cheap clothes.

She has brown hair, dark eyes, and light skin. Her facial features aren't that beautiful, but her personality is top-notch.

Once a timid boy came to her and declared love, and she very "gently" rejected him.

What I mean is... she said that she was already in love with this boy's father and didn't like Incest.

I mean... although that guy didn't laugh, it was pretty funny.

Anyway, we three got along very well since the first day of class.

We used to also compete for the court, but since we hardly lost, and most of the time we got to play and exclude the people that excluded us, the school ordered us to only play once a week to allow the others to also play.

After that, playing on the court got boring, and we just hang out on the bleachers and laugh about the other bad abilities.

I have to admit that few people remorse us because of it, but Luck backed us, and his tall and strong stature repel them.

I went along Luck to the bleachers as aways, and we met Stella along the way.

"Congratulations Ethan! Happy fifteen years!" Stella screamed as soon she saw me.

I admit it feels really good when people remember your birthday.

"Thanks Stella, I appreciate," I said in return.

"What are you thanking me for? You were the last one to turn fifteen between us, little boy," she teased me.

"Anyway... We are almost at the end of the year... that's sad." I said to talk about the topic.

"Speaking of it, I might not be her last year... My parents want me to change school since my grades are the worst." Stella said with a sad and hopeless face.

"I might as well change school to a military one because of my parent, they want me to also follow their steps." Luck said with an exiting face, he didn't look reluctant to leave at all.

"I'm sure that Luck will turn into a colonel in no time..." I said laughing a bit, trying to lighten the mood.

Sella also laughed a bit while agreeing while Luck just looked confident in his front, as he could see his own bright future in it.

In reality, I will also have to apply to the military at the end of the year. I have to. So, I will also quit school by then.

"I right also quit school to find a job at the end of the year... which means that all f us will follow our own ways..." I said with a forced smile while looking away from them.

They both looked at me with a forced smile and looked, and I looked at them just after.

It was like we were already saying goodbye.

"Good, you just spoiled the mood..." Stella said hopelessly.

That lightened the mood again and we continues to chat as always.

The break was only half an hour, so it ended very quickly.

The remaining class was the history class. Badmouthing the cursed blood. I was now walking home.

I kind of got sick of the teachers badmouthing us over the years, but I can't contradict them. I don't have enough arguments.

The facts speak for themselves.

I still believe that one day I will get God's forgiveness, although it looks more distant and impossible as time pass.

I still remember last year when I went out with sir. Peterson walked around the city, and no one wanted to get near to him once they saw his tail.

We were even expelled from a cafeteria because they "don't welcome cursed blood".

But I still have faith...

I then bumped into an old man on the sidewalk.

"Hey kid, look o where you are walking!" The old man screamed.

"Sorry, I was lost in my thoughts," I replied.

The old man then started scolding me, but I wasn't lessening.

I was looking at the other side of the street, where a young cursed blood, looked to be the same age as me.

He had deep black hair, and his whole eyes were full red with a black pupil in the center.

That cursed blood was also being scolded by an adult.

"Hey, you little sinner! Why did you point those cursed eyes at me?" the adult, that look to be around thirty years old said to the boy.

"I'm very much sorry, sir. It won't happen again," the boy replied.

"You think only a few words can free you from this trouble. I could kill you if I wanted to." The man implied. He was extremely displeased.

"You low live are just the trash from society. Scram!" The man completed.

The boy just lowed his head and ran away.

The man was right, if he killed that boy, no one would care.

That's just how our society is.

I then looked back at the old man.

"Are you even hearing, kid?" the old man was furious.

"Yes, I am wise sir. I'm very sorry for my stupidity and I also thank you for your wise words. I will ensure to not commit the same mistake again," I replied without even knowing what he just said.

"Good, I see that you were very well educated despise the poor appearance. It is good that you understand." The old man then walked away satisfied.

That hypocrite...

Anyway, I better get to the orphanage, otherwise the educators and other kids might get worry.
