Just as Wen Suihan finished speaking, his phone started to vibrate.
Wen Suihan, shirtless, leaned over Jiang Yi's head and picked up the phone.
He answered the call right in front of Jiang Yi.
A subordinate's voice came through.
"Director Wen, Yu Ya is missing."
Wen Suihan's brow furrowed as he asked, "What do you mean missing? Wasn't she locked in the hotel room?"
Wen Suihan had entrusted this matter to his confidant, believing it unlikely for anything to go wrong.
To avoid worrying Jiang Yi, after handling matters with Sheng Tang, Yu Ya was temporarily put aside while he returned to see Jiang Yi first.
Wen Suihan's man said, "Yes, she was indeed locked in the hotel room the whole time, with our people constantly guarding her. But just now, when our man went in to deliver food, she was gone, and the room was empty."
Wen Suihan sat up in bed, causing the sheets to slide from his waist, revealing his strong, muscular torso.
