After hearing Cecelia Anderson's words, Wayne Adams was in a bad mood and didn't carry on the conversation.
Seeing him like a sulking gourd, Cecelia felt bored and said, "I'm just passing by, I won't disturb your work any longer."
She got up to leave.
Seeing this, Anne Bacon hurriedly gave Wayne a little push: "Hurry up and walk her out!"
"She drove here, how am I supposed to walk her out?" Wayne thought to himself. He was riding a motorcycle, which couldn't compare to Cecelia's luxury car.
Which normal woman would abandon a luxury car and choose to ride a motorcycle?
Seeing Wayne being so awkward, Anne said cooly: "If you keep going like this, you'll just watch Cecelia get remarried. Anyway, you don't care, so her remarriage wouldn't be a loss to you."
Wayne didn't reply but looked towards the door.
Without having much time to think, he dashed out of the company's front door. He rushed to the parking lot as quickly as he could, only to see Cecelia was about to drive away.
