Chapter 641 - Chapter 641: Acceptance

Outside, the Corpse of Wyvios remained immobilized, gravity slowly compelling the body to lower the third sword and leave behind that last mark he wanted. As the blade came down, scaring some of the locals in Orochi, yet angrily howling ahead by others as they prepare their Styles and face their death in defiance, they'd watch as one was quick to rush ahead and catch the blade.

Stolas.

Using his Dominion Magic, as well as setting up Zodiac Man and two Hands of God to reinforce his body and extend his range, he'd catch the blade and keep himself still, the massive sword already cleaving deep in his avian body. Even as he was injured through, he'd stand his ground anyway, scattering the stars and letting them blanket over as a barrier, letting Solomon come out from its shadow and set up Light of Sinai to create a towering pillar, quickly acting as both protection and a foundation. Applin, after nearly exhausting herself from everything that has happened, she decides to do it one more time upon threat of her new friends. Fenrir was close behind, noticing the dire situation, watching as her daughter tries to find a reliable energy source. Being quick, he'd allow himself to attack the mallet, letting it recoil back and hit into him, willingly offering his own energy to aid the child in his stead, expelling all the magic he has consumed, all the magic that retained inside after such discharges. At first, she was worried, terrified even at how he chose to offer his own life. Fenrir was still able to stand, albeit grow limp in his legs and stumble, before eventually collapsing on the ground, staying beside her. "You needed energy. For my penance, I'll gladly offer it all up, if it means you can see me as your father again..." He'd mumble, still alive, but at risk of the severe heat left behind by Stolas.

As the Chainbreaker's energy soared and coated around, Stolas would become empowered by the wolf, screeching like mad as he'd push himself up and up, seeing the arm lack any proper resistance. He was overpowering it. Even with such large size and massive might despite death taking him, Stolas was able to stand his ground against the Morningstar, gripping the blade by its sides and ripping it out from his grip, slowly stumbling over and stabbing it in the center of Orochi, the skeleton's backbone pierced through, a land marked and salvaged over for those within. The clay-like body that rests overhead would slowly crumble away, hovering over the Skeletal Kingdom, looming over such residents as it becomes a threat no more. Cheers and screams can be heard by the residents, congratulating and savoring such victory, chanting "Orochi!" over and over as they danced. Stolas, meanwhile, began to descend, the massive half-slash made across his body and the brain damage already hard to endure himself from. Koina was quick on escaping the shadows and catch the Avian to prevent him from falling to his death, feeling her arms melting before the stars around him. Even as he was losing such consciousness, he was more than willing to keep Zodiac Man active if he failed, letting the armor burn off the blade if he were to die and turn to cinders. She'd breathe down at the wounds, slowly sealing them in ice, returning back to the children and watch as Solomon was already quick on making Garden of Eden.

She'd let the two children rest, before collapsing on the flowery fields herself, her arms melting away, her mind just as unconscious as theirs were. Solomon would watch as the Garden was healing them, granting them back some level of energy at a steady rate. He noticed that Koina's arms were missing in the whole exchange, trying to look through the Codex Gigas to see if there was a way to make another set. As he did, the people of Orochi rushed out and reached towards the Biblical Sorcerer, picking him up and chanting the same thing, throwing him up in such jubilee, catching him over and over when able. "WE DID IT! WE SURVIVED AGAINST GOD!!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! HOLY HELL, WE WERE GONNA DIE THERE!!" One resident screeched.

"HIM!? GOD!? DON'T BE RIDICULOUS! HE WAS A FAKE! HE COULDN'T EVEN BUDGE OROCHI IF HIS LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!" Another mocked, which the crowd began to laugh in such a thought.

"HEY! PUT ME DOWN! I GOT FRIENDS TO HEAL HERE!!" Solomon rebelled, kicking and swatting away the many hands that tried to celebrate his efforts, letting them see the three unconscious figures in the newly grown fields. They'd watch as the Biblical Sorcerer tends to the injured and weary, noticing quickly at the new blade beside the Assassin. During such a scuffle and such transfer, the sword and dagger bonded together, catching the residents in awe. Ice cold to the touch of such steel, yet still held blood by its edge, unchanged by the temperature. A black hilt to contrast the stark white, carrying a knight's helm for a symbol at the bottom. The edges across the hilt were a snowflake pattern, shimmering with the setting sun and rising moon, a beautiful light and color when flashed upon. "Sheesh... she needs replacements... Eden's not doing anything to her limbs." Solomon mumbled, unaware that the residents were watching.

"We can get her some new arms! Orochi's finest blacksmiths will guarantee that!" One of the residents perked up.

"REALLY!?"

"Sure! Just give us the sword and we'll do it!"

Immediately the Biblical Sorcerer knew it was a scam. Even if they were true to their words, this was still Koina's belongings. "Yeah, no."

"No sword? No arms, then! We ain't doing it for-" Before another word was uttered by another resident, the creaks and moans of Strength's body were heard, the battered and brutalized Monster rising up, with two of its arms still functional after the battle and severe damage it withstood against Wyvios.

"How about I just have him punch yah and finish the job?" Solomon's threats were met with an immediate silence as they watched Strength be ready for a punch. They quickly ran back to the Kingdom, demanding for the Blacksmiths to work their magic. "That's what I thought." He'd huff as he'd checks back on his friends, seeing the Assassin start to regain some level of consciousness. He waits before he can respond, letting her get her bearings.

Instead, she simply asked one question: "Did I proved my worth yet...?" She'd whisper, her voice almost leaving her as her mind began to slip.

Solomon was confused at this, yet as he'd see the two Descendants come down, recovering after being trapped from The World tarot, he'd simply give a thumbs up and let them say their peace. Such words, however, were not needed, as Koina smiled properly and rest her head in the flower patches again.
